NAPERVILLE, IL- The deployment of the “smart grid” took a dark turn on Wednesday in Illinois, as residents in the City of Naperville (CON) woke up to the reality of ‘smart’ meters forced on their homes by police officers and municipal utility installers working together to intimidate- and in two cases arrest- residents who continue to refuse the meters and protect their homes.  This follows CON’s FINAL NOTICE to residents days before.

These developments would be unbelievable in and of themselves as flagrant violations of constitutional property rights.  The fact that the meters emit a Class 2B carcinogen, have caused at least hundreds of fires, and clearly violate privacy laws including the 4^thAmendment, not to mention that these facts are all at issue in an ongoing federal lawsuit brought against the city by its own residents- makes these events all the more troubling.

New details are emerging about the CON’s installation “blitzkrieg” – backed up by armed police- that hit neighborhoods in this Illinois city of 150,000 people starting on Wednesday January 23rd.  The forced installations have continued since then.

Residents told Stop Smart Meters! that the deployment happened very suddenly and unpredictably, using “shock and awe” tactics.  All of a sudden, the whole street was filled with police and installation vehicles.

Two mothers- both community leaders working with Naperville Smart Meter Awareness (NSMA)- Kim Bendis and Jennifer Stahl- were arrested simply for standing peacefully by Jennifer’s home in front of advancing officers and installers, telling them they did not have permission to install a smart meter on her property. Kim was arrested for trying to document this abuse of police force, an abuse further evidenced by the Naperville Police Department seizing her camera and SD chip.

Can’t have the world watching.

Luckily a Chicago CBS affiliate was there and caught the CON’s shameful acts on the evening news.   NSMA’s videos of the Naperville forced installs can be found at NSMA’s Youtube Channel.

Kim was charged with resisting arrest and “attempted eavesdropping” on officers.  Both charges are ludicrous, and the eavesdropping charge is particularly ironic and twisted as that is precisely what the smart meter is intended to do to individual households’ privacy.

The bully blaming the victim.

Jennifer was charged with interfering with an officer and violating Naperville city ordinance 8-1C-3:7 by blocking the meter. The two were released from police custody a couple of hours later. They both came home to find that smart meters had been installed on their homes.

The “attempted eavesdropping” charge is based on a controversial Illinois law that prohibits filming police officers in some circumstances.  Forced smart meter installations are probably precisely the kind of police activity that this kind of law is intended to hide.  It is being challenged by the Illinois ACLU and other civil liberty groups with some success.  More here.   Needless to say, the law is blatantly unconstitutional.

In the US, if you can be there, you can photograph or video.  The only exceptions to your right to photograph/video are on the premises of some US military sites, and the use of a high-power lens that intrudes on someone’s privacy. Trespassing is a separate issue, and you may be charged with it, or kicked off private property, but any photographs you took before being kicked off are legally yours.  Know your rights. We spoke with Jennifer and Kim yesterday, and they tell SSM! that the fight is not over. Instead of drawing the controversy to a close- as the CON might have hoped, the forced installations have just renewed NSMA’s commitment to secure a no-fee analog opt out.  Their team of attorneys is working on this case from a number of angles and the Illinois ACLU is monitoring developments.   Widespread condemnation has rained down upon Naperville in the last few days, and the incident has amplified opposition to “smart” meters internationally.

Up to this point, for the most part- if a resident says “get off my property” generally installers are instructed to comply (with some exceptions including in TX where people have had to draw their guns when installers refuse to leave). Arrests that have taken place have generally been at installation yards or community blockades- not people defending their own homes.  A request to leave the property would usually suffice.

Now a line has been crossed in Naperville.

It’s not as if the crooks running PG&E or other utilities would not like to do the same thing as they are doing in Illinois.  It’s just that they realized that they risk a full-scale public revolt if they tried.  In December 2010, two (other) mothers were arrested in West Marin County for blocking smart grid installations, and one year later more than a dozen families took direct action and removed unwanted smart meters from their homes, returning them to a PG&E office in Santa Cruz County.  This sparked other protests and along with public, legal, and legislative pressure, forced a tentative analog opt out option for investor-owned utility customers in California.  The rebellion has now flared up in Illinois.

Utilities’ political power derives from the masses remaining obedient to an authority the companies and government institutions simply do not have.   As soon as there is resistance, that “authority” begins to crumble.  The CON might have achieved near 100% installation in Naperville, but it has come at a steep price.  This story is far from over.

Police arresting homeowners who refuse to allow a smart meter on their home is a direct violation of the 4^th amendment guaranteeing freedom from unreasonable search and seizure.  Charging a fee or even disconnecting someone’s service is bad enough, but arresting you if you refuse to submit to a meter?  It’s preposterous.  Nevertheless, that is exactly what is happening.

One thing is certain.  Naperville officials have taken on some serious legal liability with their actions of the last few days.

The truth is that the Naperville City Council and City Manager have grown so fed up with the grassroots group NSMA, the fight has become so personal, the corruption that NSMA has dug up so deeply embarrassing to the city, that the CON is now using the police and installation personnel as proxies to exact revenge, using the weapon of forced microwave radiation and police intimidation.  Hundreds in Naperville have been threatened with arrest if they resist the forced installations, while Naperville Police threatened to shoot a man’s dog if he did not comply.

This is beyond criminal. Those involved should be indicted and imprisoned. Federal (and international) policies that have allowed this to happen are as unacceptable as the personal, dangerous obsession that must have infected this council to get them to believe that a reasonable course of action included arresting people for refusing to accept a new device on their home that they were never even consulted about.

The CON justifies its insistence on 100% resident compliance on Dept. of Energy contract obligations.   However, any contract that presupposes property owner consent for such an installation- without expressly obtaining that- is in itself, illegal, presumptuous, and faulty.

The smart grid’s deeply authoritarian roots have been laid bare for all to see in Naperville. Forced smart meter installations- backed by the threat of official violence must not be tolerated anywhere.   To the extent that President Obama (who is from Chicago, only 30 miles away), State or Federal elected officials choose to turn a blind eye- or even quietly support- what is happening in Naperville, then they are as guilty as the perpetrators of these crimes. Would Barack or Michelle want their kids forcibly exposed to carcinogenic radiation, the privacy of their home lives and routines revealed?  Would they want their home to be at greater risk of fire  You might want to ask Mr. Obama.

Even if you’re one of the people who don’t really think that smart meters are such a big deal (and that number is steadily decreasing as problems with the technology continue to surface) the question raised by events in Illinois is: where does it stop?  How far will police and corporate interests go in violating your property- not to mention human- rights?  What happens when your city decides to install wireless water meters, often located inside the home? Will Police knock down your door and enter (without a warrant) to force installation of a meter?  What else might they decide to force into our homes?

A comment on a smart meter bulletin board this week in response to the Naperville events:

 “Especially in North America, corporate rule has now replaced what we thought of as ‘government’… the police, the city, everything.  No such thing as government any longer – literally.  It is, quite simply, all just commerce to these merchants.”

On Monday, we might have thought they were going a bit far.  At the end of this week, we’re not so sure any more.

Profits Before Life—The Sad History of Antidepressant Drugs

Dr. Healy’s conviction that SSRI’s can make people actively suicidal was originally borne directly out of his own clinical experience. Since then, the research demonstrating this link has become quite clear, and this class of drugs now carry a “black box” warning. What’s really infuriating though is the evidence that has since emerged showing that pharmaceutical companies knew about it, and hid it, and it wasn’t until it became an obvious issue in clinical practice that a warning was finally issued. People literally lost their lives because these companies didn’t want to risk sluggish sales.

“I got involved as an expert witness in some legal cases that involved these drugs,” Dr. Healy explains. “When you get involved as an expert witness in legal cases, you get to go behind the scenes. You get to go into the company archives, and you get to see what the clinical trials really showed, and what the company personnel really thought about the issues.

Then it was clear that the trials also really showed those problems. It was clear that the companies knew there was a problem, and they were in the business of trying to hush the whole thing up.

… The regulators also clearly knew there was a problem, I would say from very early on. They may well have known there was a problem even before the drugs came to the market. They certainly knew there was a problem shortly after Prozac was launched and a great number of people complained about the fact that they had a problem on this drug.

When they looked at the data – the kinds of data that the FDA, for instance, would have been able to see when they held the first public meeting about whether SSRI drugs, Prozac in particular, could cause people to become suicidal – they had a lot of data that the rest of us didn’t have. They had data on the other SSRIs that haven’t yet been marketed…. I’m sure it was very clear to them then that the SSRIs can cause people to become suicidal.”

Publicly, the FDA argued that putting  a warning on the drug might deter people from treatment, so by doing the right thing, we might end up with a detrimental outcome. However, no one addressed the fact that not putting a warning on the drug might make more people use them, hence killing more people, more indiscriminately. This is exactly the situation we’re dealing with now. Even with the warning, antidepressants are prescribed more or less willy-nilly, for everything from anxiety to pain, high blood pressure, and insomnia—minor ailments that in NO WAY warrant such a huge risk.

“[The information] the FDA had points very clearly not just to the fact that [SSRI] drugs can cause a problem, but that on balance, they harm more people than they help,” Dr. Healy says. “How the FDA squared this, I’m not sure.”

SSRI’s Likely Harm More People than They Help

In addition to suicidal thoughts and behavior, there also seems to be an association between antidepressants and other violent behaviors, such as homicides and school shootings. Unfortunately, while suicide has become a well-established (yet oft-ignored) side effect, the data on other types of violence is, again, being hidden.

“We haven’t had hearings about this issue,” Dr. Healy says. “People haven’t had access to the data. There’s been no publications around it. This is one of the biggest problems on which there’s a huge amount of data, but to which we’ve got little or no access.”

Dr. Healy estimates that possibly 1,000 to 2,000 people taking an SSRI drug commits suicide each year in the US who would not have done so were they not on the drug. He also believes there’s a comparable number of people who will commit a violent act against others as a result of the drug, who would not have done so otherwise. Then there’s the issue of generational harm. Birth defects, miscarriages (as many as 20,000 per year), and voluntary abortions due to the baby being diagnosed with a birth defect are other devastating side effects that get little if any attention.

Why is that?

Why is so little attention given to the very serious nature of the side effects associated with these drugs? Why are antidepressants seemingly handed out like candy to cheer people up, as opposed to treat serious mental conditions?

A major part of the problem is the too-cozy-for-comfort relationship between drug companies and psychiatrists and other prescribers. Adding to that problem is the fact that drug companies are actively hiding and suppressing negative data on their drugs, so psychiatrists prescribe drugs without having the real facts.

Psychiatry is Committing “Professional Suicide”

Dr. Healy was recently featured in Time Magazine¹, after giving a speech at the American Psychiatric Association’s (APA) second largest annual meeting. The topic of the session was conflicts of interest in psychiatry. Maia Szalavitz writes:

“Arguing that his profession is “committing professional suicide” by failing to address its dangerously close relationship with the pharmaceutical industry, he likened psychiatry’s attitude toward its faltering legitimacy to the Vatican’s widely derided response to its child-sex-abuse scandal by priests — essentially that psychiatry is brushing off justifiable concerns as hype instead of dealing with the source of the problem.

Few experts believe that psychiatry’s relationship with the drug industry is healthy. While several speakers at the session pointed out that other specialties are similarly entangled with industry, “everyone does it” is generally not a valid defense where conflicts of interest are concerned.

… “I’m going to argue that we need you to be biased. We want you to be biased by treatments that work,” Healy told his colleagues. “I don’t mind if you’re my doctor and you’ve given talks for industry. My concern is not that you’ve been paid by industry, but that you’ve been fooled by industry. The key conflict is whether people are hiding data from you.”

The article goes on to detail some the more unsavory aspects of conflicts of interest—the kind of suppression activities that lead to demolished careers, and worse. Dr. Healy has been personally targeted by drug companies for speaking out against various drugs and exposing wrongdoing. His presentation at the APA included a document obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request, which reveals Eli Lilly’s plan for countering his public discourses on how drug companies hide drug data. One of these strategies includes planting people in the audience of his presentations to argue the industry’s view.

What Clinical Trials Do and Do Not Show

According to Dr. Healy, in the clinical trials done to bring antidepressants to market it is virtually impossible to show that they have an overall positive effect. Part of the problem that few consider is the fact that clinical trials are not designed to answer some of the most important questions we have about any given drug, such as: Does this drug save lives?

“From what we know of the data that’s there, the answer is no, they [antidepressants] don’t save lives,” Dr. Healy says. “Clinical trials also aren’t designed to answer the question, “Will these drugs get people back to work?” From the data we have, we have no reason to think that these drugs will be more likely to get people back to work than placebo would, for instance.

In terms of what most people understand the word “work” to really mean, which is [in the vein of the questions] “Will my life be saved?” or “Will I be able to get back to being employed?” we have no evidence that these drugs “work.”  What we’ve got is clinical trials based on rating scales, where you can show that the drug does marginally better than placebo on these rating scales. But that’s all we have.”

Fortunately, there are other alternatives, which have been shown to have a more life-enhancing effect than antidepressants, such as niacin (vitamin B3). The renowned and recently deceased Canadian psychiatrist Dr. Abram Hoffer was a strong advocate of the use of niacin in psychiatric illness, specifically for schizophrenia, for which there don’t seem to be many really good treatments.

What he discovered was that niacin deficiency is a major contributor to pellagra, the symptoms of which mimic depression.

He believed there’s a subgroup of people who have an increased nutritional requirement for niacin, making them not merely deficient per se, but niacin dependent. When they don’t get it on a regular basis, and typically in far higher doses than normal, they’re predisposed to psychiatric illnesses. Dr. Healy believes there may be significant value in niacin supplementation, adding that one of the mechanisms of niacin is detoxification, especially lead. This makes sense, since it it’s a potent vasodilator, which would increase supply to the filtering organs, thereby aiding in the excretion process.

What’s the Mechanism of SSRI’s that Make Them so Pernicious?

According to Dr. Healy, the mechanism of harm has not been clearly established. The most likely mechanism of harm is the fact that they act on your serotonin system.

“Serotonin is the most primitive neurotransmitter there is. Even in a single-celled creature, it’s there. When you’re acting on it, you’re acting on a mechanism that is very primitive and very, very profound,” Dr. Healy says. “So, it may be just purely the action on your serotonin system that is the problem.

Now, people who say, “I know SSRIs work” are doing the same kind of thing as saying “I know red wine works.” If you have a nice glass of red wine in the evening, you feel mellowed out and chilled out… The SSRIs can work in the same kind of way, and can do a useful thing, which is: chill people out. You can get people who were stressed from work who are now a little less stressed at work because of the SSRI they’re on. In that sense, they can clearly work—not for all people, but for a portion of people.

But when you test them out in groups of people who are clinically depressed (just as we would find if we were to test alcohol out in groups of people who are clinically depressed in six- to eight-week trials) it’s actually rather hard to show that they do any better than placebo. They have, in fact, much the same rates of improvement compared to placebo, as we would expect to find if the drug we were actually testing was alcohol rather than Prozac, for instance.”

… What you’ve got in the case of the SSRIs is much more like a psychic aspirin.

They numb you slightly. They take the emotional pain away. But they do this only when your serotonin system’s working normally. And they make your serotonin system more abnormal after you’ve been on a course of treatment than it was to begin with.”

Do Prescription Drugs Save Lives?

In his book Pharmageddon, Dr. Healy expands on the skewed data and other manipulation techniques employed in drug trials. While we spend a great deal of time discussing antidepressants in this interview (which you can listen to in its entirety by following the hyperlink provided above), the situation in terms of proving benefit is the same for other drugs.

Statins, for example, can indeed lower your cholesterol levels, and many do so quite well. So in that sense, they “work.” But as with antidepressants, if you ask the question “Do these drugs save lives?” the answer becomes rather murky.

“If you ask the question “Are people going to be better able to work on these drugs?” then the answer is clear: They’re actually going to be LESS able to go to work,” Dr. Healy says. “They’re going to have a range of problems and other symptoms that they didn’t have off the pills.

Now, if you got marginally raised lipid levels, that is not something that interferes with your capacity to work. But if you’re on a drug like one of the statins for instance, you are on a drug that may cause muscle aches, pains, cognitive failures, and may seriously interfere with your capacity to work.”

Osteoporosis drugs are another good example of drugs that, overall, do more harm than good.

“They say up to a third of women over the age of 50 have osteoporosis,” Dr. Healy says. “But they don’t. This is an osteoporosis that’s created by the DEXA scanners that the pharmaceutical companies gave away for free when they were marketing drugs for osteoporosis. If you scan bones, you’ll almost always find little bits of thinning here and thinning there.

So you can create the diagnosis of osteoporosis, and you put these women on pills. Because they’re on pills, they think their bones are brittle, so they’ll probably do the wrong thing, which is they’ll think they shouldn’t go out and mow the lawn. They shouldn’t jog… because their bones are brittle and they might have a fracture. But in fact, getting out to mow the lawn, jog, and get physically fit is a much better thing for them to be doing than to be taking osteoporosis pills, unless they’ve got very severe osteoporosis.”

Personally, I don’t see a reason for ever using an osteoporosis drug. They’re extremely poisonous, and they kill your osteoclasts, the cells responsible for destroying old damaged and unnecessary bone cells that set your osteoblasts up to replace it with new bone tissue. This creates a dynamic balance of bone resorption and bone building. They make your bone denser, but at the same time they make them weaker. 

Why You Don’t Want a Doctor Who Follows All the Latest Guidelines

The sad truth is, there’s no easy way to determine what you can trust when it comes to medical research and official treatment guidelines. So much of it has been tainted by economic conflicts of interests. An important point made by Dr. Healy is that a doctor who strictly keeps to the guidelines is going to be far more controlled by the pharmaceutical industry than might be good for your health…

“We’re in a world where you want a doctor who, for the sake of giving you good care, is prepared to take the risk of losing their job, because this is the world that good doctors increasingly are being forced into. They’re being forced into being the kind of physician that says, “I know the guidelines are wrong. Yes, they based it on the latest evidence. But the industry actually controls the evidence, and as far as they do, they control the guidelines process also. I’m going to go by what seems to be the best thing for me to do for my patients.” 

Unfortunately, there’s no simple way to pick out articles in the literature and say, “We can believe this and not that.” In fact, you could almost say that the articles in what we used to think of as the best journals in the field – like the New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, and other journals like this – are more likely to be compromised than articles in perhaps journals that are less well-known.”

A perfect example of this is the article I recently did on a study that was widely promoted in the media, which declared thateggs were associated with as much risk for strokes as smoking. It was a critically flawed study. And when we looked at the funding of the study, we discovered strong ties to the pharmaceutical industry. Two of the three researchers in question, have declared interests in statins. Now do you think the companies that make statins might have a vested interest in getting you to be afraid of eggs and cholesterol? Of course they do. The third researcher helped create the vegan “Portfolio Diet,” which only allows egg substitutes and then only sparingly, so he too has a financial stake in scaring people away from eggs.

How Outsourcing Clinical Trials Can Skew or Hide Unsavory Findings

Another significant problem that most people don’t have a clue about is how outsourcing clinical trials to other countries can affect their believability. Even trials done in the US have been plagued with fraud, such as enlisting patients that don’t actually exist. The matter of potential fraud increases with overseas trials, because the FDA does not have the ability to double-check the veracity of the data even if they wanted to (and even in US trials they rarely do).

“There’s a trial recently that brought Abilify® to the market with an indication for maintenance treatment for bipolar disorder. This trial was run in approximately 30 U.S. clinical trial centers and two further clinical trial centers in Mexico. In the trial centers based in the United States, when you added all the patients together, you found that Abilify® didn’t do any good.

It couldn’t beat placebo as a maintenance treatment for patients who had bipolar disorder.

In the Mexican centers, however, it really did beat placebo. It wonderfully beat it. All of the patients down there who got Abilify® did well, and the patients who got placebo did poorly. When you added the two Mexican centers into the U.S. centers, overall you’ve got a marginal result, which showed that Abilify® was slightly better than placebo.

But this was caused by the Mexican patients. Now, clearly, the Mexican data looks very dodgy, very shaky. The FDA knew this was happening, but didn’t in any way investigate the issues. They noted that it was odd, but they didn’t investigate the issues, and they didn’t stop the company, later, from publishing the trial without drawing any attention to the fact that, “Well, you know, our results don’t look all that good when you leave the Mexican trial centers out of the picture.”

Dr. Healy’s Take on the Future of Medicine

Dr. Healy doesn’t cast too much blame on the FDA though, stating that the agency always has been and probably always will be an agency that contributes to public health, “but does so by regulating the wording of adverts that the pharmaceutical companies put out.” He points out that it’s not really the FDA’s job to evaluate the product or the practice of medicine, stressing that this responsibility really falls on doctors.

“Back 30 to 40 years ago, we were a lot safer not because the FDA were doing their job better, but because doctors were doing their job better,” he says.

I think it’s medicine that has lost its way. I think the FDA is still doing what it has always been doing, which is a very minimal job. I mean, most people out on the street want someone there to protect them from the risk that drugs or industry may pose. They’re hoping that that’s the FDA, when, in fact, that has never been FDA’s brief. It’s been the brief of doctors to do that, and we’ve been failing at that job more and more in recent years.”

When asked what he thinks the solution is, Dr. Healy responds:

“I think my solution is this: the job of the doctors have been like the job of the pilot of a plane. Their job is to get you from Chicago to Houston alive—not to get you there 15 minutes earlier; it’s to get you there alive…

Doctors seem to have forgotten this. If they can’t get you there alive; if they can’t be the people whose professional identity is linked to keeping you safe when you go on treatment, they’re going to be replaced by cheaper prescribers – by pharmacists or nurses. Anyone can get you on the pill these days. It takes an expert to keep you safe. I think if doctors don’t realize this, they’re committing professional suicide.”

How You Can Get More Informed, and Be Part of the Solution

Dr. Healy is a strong advocate for doing things to make a difference. And this was the impetus behind a brand new website called www.rxisk.org. His goal for this website is to create a people’s movement for safer drugs.

“We want people to go in there and report any of the problems they may be having on the medicines that they’re on. They can report this to FDA as well. But if they report to us, we’re going to feed their reports through to FDA,” Dr. Healy explains.

Potentially one of the most valuable features on the site will allow you to go through a series of questions that will help you determine whether ailments you’re having are associated with any of the drugs you’re taking. At the end, you will get a report that you can then bring with you to your prescribing doctor, to aid you in making a more comprehensive risk versus benefit analysis. The idea is to try and create better teamwork between you and your doctor. Furthermore, you will get feedback on potential problems with individual drugs long before you’d get it from the FDA.

I feel this could be an excellent tool for anyone currently taking any drug, as well as for anyone considering taking one. Forewarned is forearmed, as they say, and when it comes to drugs, you really need to do your due diligence, as the risks are all on you—not on your doctor, the FDA, or the pharmaceutical company.

The subject of insiders — or “whistleblowers” — is somewhat tricky; anyone on the inside is often presumed to be compromised by their former allegiance. Nonetheless, the nature of government work is rooted in compartmentalization. So, perhaps the best indication as to whether whistleblowers have something valid to say is the level of persecution they have endured.

The following whistleblowers have endured a varying degree of pushback from the system, but are still around to reveal key points of information that make us all question what we are being told by our government and the corporate media.

Please listen to the video presentations of the following insiders who have used their positions to educate those on the outside about the machinations of people far more devious than ourselves. They follow in the footsteps of people such as Daniel Ellsberg, and are not the criminals that the U.S. government increasingly charges them as. Rather, these whistleblowers represent the highest level of activism and courage. 

Jesselyn Radack –  Radack is a former ethics attorney and adviser to the Justice Department. She had been presented with the first case of a detainee in Afghanistan following 9/11. That detainee was John Walker Lindh, an American citizen labeled “The American Taliban.” Lindh was set to be interrogated (tortured) without council. Her advice not to pursue that direction went unheeded to the point where her e-mails to the court were deleted, which she had to then resurrect from her computer and present to the media. She subsequently was put on the No-Fly list and was targeted for investigation. Rather than fold, she fought back and wound up going to work for the premier whistleblowing advocacy group, the Government Accountability Project at whistleblower.org, founded in 1977.

After everything we have come to know about the torture apparatus overseas, and the subsequent arrival of that apparatus onto American shores embodied in the NDAA, Radack’s work is more important than ever. She discusses in the video below her background and the intensified war on whistleblowers.



Thomas Drake (NSA) – The world got an historical overview that shed quite a bit of light on the NSA through a former ABC News reporter, James Bamford, when he released two books The Puzzle Palace and Body of Secrets, which lifted the veil and revealed a massive spying structure that far surpasses the capabilities of the CIA. The apparatus Bamford revealed was comprised of programs like Echelon that were suspected of not only massive international spying and data collection, but also domestic operations. Now those suspicions are being confirmed by high-level insiders such as Thomas Drake, who appeared in a Baltimore Sun article that highlighted a $1.2 billion program called “Trailblazer” which Drake submitted was a program of “fraud, waste, and abuse.” He was subsequently charged under The Espionage Act and was facing 35 years in prison. Drake’s defense team actually hired James Bamford as an expert witness. The case for 10 felony charges against Drake could not stand up, and he reached a misdemeanor plea deal.  Drake was the first to come forward under a new climate of aggressive formal indictment for whistleblowers that equates their truth-telling with real espionage such as selling state secrets. 



William Binney (NSA) Former top NSA mathematician and code breaker, William Binney, has gone on record to publicly reveal the scope of a top-secret surveillance program that has directly targeted everyday Americans following 9/11. He is sounding an alarm about the massive scope of this project that engages in 24/7 warrantless wiretapping of the American population. Thomas Drake’s testimony was revealing, but Binney was a 32-year, top-level veteran of the NSA who reveals in the video below the domestic component of a program code named “Stellar Wind.” With the NSA working to complete its $2 billion fortress of surveillance by September 2013, which can store 100 years worth of electronic information, Binney’s concerns that we are heading down the road to totalitarianism ring true.



Mark Klein (AT&T) A veteran of twenty-two years as an AT&T technician, Mark Klein left no doubt about the veracity of an NSA domestic spying program when he revealed how he found secret rooms at a switching center in San Francisco. And he had the documents and blueprints to prove it:

Klein says he collected 120 pages of technical documents left around the San Francisco office showing how the NSA was installing ‘splitters’ that would allow it to copy both domestic and international Internet traffic moving through AT&T connections with 16 other trunk lines. ‘It’s gobs and gobs of information going across the Internet,’ Klein says. President Bush has acknowledged he authorized the NSA to intercept the communications of people with known links to terrorist organizations ‘into or out of the United States,’ but that ‘we’re not trolling through the personal lives of millions of innocent Americans.’ Intelligence experts say the NSA has the means to filter out suspect communications with sophisticated machines that spot key words, names, addresses or patterns. Eventually, Klein says he decided to take his documents to the Los Angeles Times, to blow the whistle on what he calls ‘an illegal and Orwellian project.’ (Source)

Yet, the LA Times‘ editor Dean Baquet killed the story after speaking with Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte and Director of the NSA Gen. Michael Hayden. The story later appeared at the New York Times. Mark Klein recounts his version of events below and how he came to realize that he was “being forced to connect the Big Brother machine.” It is worth noting that the Electronic Frontier Foundation has spearheaded lawsuits to reveal just what is being done to the American people, but courts recently ruled that warrantless wiretapping can continue.



Sibel Edmonds (FBI / 9/11) In the wake of 9/11, Edmonds was enlisted as a translator in the FBI language division to interpret wiretaps conducted inside the United States, having been born in Turkey and speaking several key languages. She describes the language division as “the highest security unit in the FBI.” She has since become the most classified woman in history, and her efforts to uncover FBI criminality that included, “money laundering, narcotic activities, and nuclear black market converg(ing) with terrorist activities” led her to be pursued and persecuted to an incredible degree by the Justice Department under John Ashcroft and Robert Mueller invoking “state secrets.” Her story is harrowing, to say the least; however, she sparked serious doubts among the general population regarding the 9/11 Commission Report – and she hasn’t stopped. Susan Lindauer (CIA / 9/11) Susan was a former CIA asset who worked with the Libyan and Iraqi embassies prior to 9/11. Following that day, she began to reveal CIA complicity in Middle East heroin trafficking.

Lindauer also talked candidly about how Israel tried to buy U.S. Intelligence officers and Assets. For the first time on record, she revealed that a known Mossad agent tried to bribe her into handing over Iraq’s collection of banking records on Al Qaeda’s financial pipeline by phoning her home in Maryland while she was traveling in Baghdad, and promising to deliver a suitcase full of cash to any city in the world in exchange for the papers. Susan subsequently became the second non-Arab citizen to be arrested under the Patriot Act, which culminated in a five-year indictment and near total prison lockdown for one year. 

While in prison Susan was subjected to harsh conditions that would be considered torture in multiple countries. Contrary to what most Americans think, Susan and the other inmates in solitary confinement were only allowed outside once every TEN days and even then the actual amount of time outside was closer to thirty minutes. Col. Anthony Shaffer (Military) – Shaffer is an intelligence agent who claimed that there was deliberate stonewalling of information prior to 9/11 as part of what came to be known as Able Danger. Beyond that, he revealed a culture of infighting between intelligence agencies that, even taken at face value, is concerning for the American taxpayer. Shaffer published his account inOperation Dark Heart. The Department of Defense responded by purchasing the book’s first, uncensored, 10,000 copy print run (with U.S. taxpayer dollars, by the way). He might have had something important to say. The video below touches upon what that might have been.



Joe Banister (IRS) – In our article 10 Ways to Stop Being a Slave and Bring Down The Pyramids of Control, IRS resistance was presented last. Here are the questions we asked:

How can a machine be built without the funding to build it?  The entire prison system we see around us has been built with our own money. Did you authorize it? Did you authorize the preemptive wars, bank bailouts, corporate subsidies, the high-tech surveillance grid that enslaves you?

Special agent, Joe Banister, exposed the mechanics of what the IRS is and how fundamentally illegal and unconstitutional their tax collection policies and methods are. The system came down HARD on one of its own. His story is instrumental in understanding what happened to the next IRS whistleblower, Sherry Peel Jackson, who took exposure to a whole new level and was pursued ruthlessly for her revelations. The income tax we have been told to believe is a patriotic obligation is itself a complete fraud. The current tax code is 72,000 pages. It is complicated for a reason. If we can wake up to the foundations of this nightmare coercive system, we stand a great chance of restoring power into the hands of the people instead of a tiny few at the top of the pyramid. Caution is warranted, however: the IRS is ready, willing and able to lock you up for a longer term than human trafficking and child porn. So, proceed with caution, but keep courage close at hand. Bradley Manning  (Military) – Manning allegedly transmitted state secrets to WikiLeaks:

Manning was arrested at forward operating base Hammer outside Baghdad on 27 May 2010 on suspicion of being the source of the biggest leak of confidential state documents in US history. He faces 22 charges relating to the transferal of hundreds of thousands of diplomatic cables, videos and war logs to the whistleblowing website.

Under the US military rule book, a soldier must be arraigned and his trial officially started within 120 days of him being put into captivity.

Should the trial kick off on 4 February next year, as it is currently scheduled to do, he will have been held for 983 days. (Source)

Bradley Manning’s case and treatment is at the heart of a new U.S. government mission that equates the revealing of truth as aiding an abetting the enemy, which should serve as an indictment upon the system which pursues truth-tellers like Manning so vehemently. He only sought to expose the horrific “collateral damage” of the war in which he was enlisted, which has been properly retitled into “Collateral Murder.” Due to his total lockdown, there is no video we can present of Bradley Manning speaking for himself, but the video he brought out to the public through WikiLeaks says it all:



Julian Assange and WikiLeaks – Assange is in a category all his own due to heading up the whistleblower repository of WikiLeaks. It has been argued that Assange and WikiLeaks are controlled opposition, much the same as Anonymous; or is it just a global chess game?  Given the subsequent persecution of Assange that continues on without relent by the establishment, he seems to have more likely been a patsy who has served to demonize all manner of whistleblowing and intimidate anyone who would take center stage in an effort to bolster people such as those documented above. Very well-respected alternative news voices such as Max Keiser and Paul Craig Roberts insist that Assange is legitimate and should be given the Nobel Peace Prize rather than warmongers and corporate financiers.

Despite whistleblowers’ explosive disclosures, the surveillance state has been normalized, as the House has voted to reauthorize the 2008 FISA Amendment Act. And, sadly, many whistleblowers who might have had even more to say have been assassinated by the system they were employed to serve. That alone should serve as a warning to those who have chosen to enter such employment, knowing the level of evil they contract with. The control structure is massive, and growing, so we must listen to the voices who courageously come forth to issue their concerns, especially when those of good conscience are being persecuted as never before.

Informants and military personnel are coming forth anonymously to confirm that martial law “is right around the corner.” However, right now we are under a silent martial law and citizens are reporting strange and unexplainable activity from the US armed forces and multiple federal agencies that point to a covert preparatory operation to completely lock down America in the very near future.

Sources from multiple locations across the nation have independently confirmed that the US military are repositioning soldiers in conjunction with allied foreign troops in the initial stages of martial law.

The US military are secretly moving massive amounts of “equipment” across the country consistently for more than a year. In Phoenix, Arizona, tractor-trailers transporting tanks on public highways have been spotted. One witness stated that he saw these flatbeds multiple times in the month of June. Eye witness reports are coming primarily from the northern and southern Border States.

Peter Santilli, an ex-marine informant who was a specialist in aviation deployed weapons, explains that a refrigerated truck, allocated by the administration department on base, was directed to the commissary, where the unsuspecting driver believed that he was transporting food. The weapon was placed at the head of the trailer, and covered up with either food stores (like cans of soup) or body bags. In the event that the truck is stopped en route, the weapon would be well hidden and go undetected by inspectors on the public highways.

Santilli, who was assigned to ride in the cab of the truck with the driver, says that his orders were to make sure the truck arrived at its destination. If there were problems concerning potential civil unrest, he was to radio into his superiors for aid by either air or ground support. Should the situation warrant serious attention; crowd control methods would be implemented.

One possible scenario was the use of cluster bomb units (CBUs) that will emit upon detonation, a “sleep and kill” chemical weapon that will not disturb infrastructure, but is lethal to all living things within the effected zone. Santilli describes these particular 3 unit CBUs as shaped like water-heaters with a coned top and plunger-like device. Once deployed in the air, a parachute assists these CBUs to the targeted area. And when detonated, a deadly chemical gas will kill every human and animal in the specified cordoned area.

The acquisition of armory by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and contracts for bullet-proof glass for check-point booths to be positioned strategically throughout the nation on public highways have heightened awareness that the US government is preparing for a well-planned domestic military action. DHS armored vehicles have been sighted on highways in Kentucky.

When citizens attempt to capture the activity on film, some have their cameras confiscated; sometimes after a physical altercation.
On Google Maps, where known military bases were once visible, some strategic areas are now blurred out.

John (a pseudonym) was contracted by DHS to “fill in caves, mines and block trails”. Now these measures are being stepped up, as independent contractors are being brought to mountainous regions and told to block all entrances into the mountains, by way of caves and other areas where people could possibly “hide out in the hills” during a riot situation under declaration of martial law.

Forested areas in states like Montana, Missouri and Arkansas are being closed to the public while military activity is being witnessed by locals. Those commercially contracted civilians working in these areas are allocated parallel shifts and compartmentalized projects to provide for an intelligence controlled operation.

One informant relayed an incident where he was detained on a forest road by unidentified “paramilitary” officials that seized his rifle from the rack on the back of his vehicle.

Another source said that while traveling in a national forest park, he and his party were met by what appeared to be a military police officer who demanded that they turn back.

Residents in Pine Mountain, Georgia and Spruce Mountain, Nevada have had confrontations with US armed forces. When travelling in public national forested areas, military police with “automatic weapons” say that locals cannot gather wood in surrounding forested spaces (as they have traditionally done for decades). One man in particular had his rifle forcibly confiscated by unidentified armed men.

On dirt roads leading to the Lassen National Forest reserve, paving is being laid over the gravel roads. The locals know that secret underground drilling or tunneling is being conducted. Whenever they enter the park, they are quickly escorted out by heavily armed and quite menacing persons. Even once abandoned logging roads are beginning to see activity again.

Information coming out of reserve units in Arizona is that they are being put on official alert. Military personnel are being told by superiors not to schedule vacations and prepare to be on-call and on-duty indefinitely. According to one informant, these new assignments are not providing for deployment overseas, but rather for domestic service with the intimation that these deployments may have relation to civil unrest expectations.

In Lake Havasu, Arizona, and Colorado Springs as well as Fort Collins, Colorado, locals are coming forth to report that local fires may have been lit by foreign troops; specifically Russian forces that have been spotted in the area. These Russian troops are believed to be stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado.

Military drills, a.k.a. urban warfare, have been played out in many states by the Pentagon and other branches of the US armed forces.

In Plainville and Worchester, Massachusetts, surprised citizens witnessed last “Wednesday evening. . . military helicopters descended on the vacant Wood School [in] the late hours of the night in a scene that might have appeared to simulate the United States’ special forces attack on Osama bin Laden’s compound last year.” Many locals had their homes swooped down upon by black helicopters in an obvious display of military dominance over the general public.

Residents saw helicopters landing near Worcester Memorial Auditorium in Lincoln Square. Local newspapers were flooded with “telephone calls and e-mails . . . curious about what was happening.”
The local police claim they were unaware of the drills.

A US Army spokeswoman made a half-hearted apology for “any inconvenience or unforeseen disturbance.”

In Hollywood, Florida, DHS and the Hollywood Police Department have taken part in Master Rappelling training exercises (MPTE) with Blackhawk helicopters scheduled over various government-owned buildings. Details concerning the drills are being kept from the public for “security reasons”.

MPTE are special operations to teach law enforcement and military techniques in tactical rope and rappelling skills that can be used in helicopter deployment and advanced tactical training.

Just this month, foreign troops were caught at a Wal-Mart . They were travelling in what were described as “large government vans”.

Law-enforcement battalions have been created out of Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of specialized military police (SMPs) that would be deployed to assist in any event of civil disturbance, handling of detainees, use biometrics to identify suspects and conduct forensic work. Their assistance is not limited to conducting DUIs and writing speeding tickets in an effort to re-brand the Marine Corps as being more involved with average work now allocated to local law enforcement.

Moving around in white, unmarked vans, strange troops have been seen purchasing food and water at another Wal-Mart in Franklin, Indiana. Parading in military personnel fatigues where drone activity has been reported in Oklahoma City and black helicopters were spotted hovering over a construction site.

According to documents from the RAND Corporation, a planned event concerning a Police Stabilization Force within the US will be “a mix of military and police forces to deal with a range of threats.” The study explains:

• What the response should be
• The creation of a high-end police force
• Costs for this military/police collaborative force

Estimates are $637.3 million annually and including many federal agencies including: the US Marshals Service, the US Secret Service, the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in the Department of State, and the US Army’s Military Police.

There is a media blackout concerning the “state of emergency” (code for martial law) that Anaheim, California residents have been under since the murder of a man by local police.

While protests have been conducted, residents say that “outsiders” are infiltrating peaceful demonstrations to stir up violence and ensure local and military police action against them.

While city officials are gearing up for “another large incident” and “another riot” protesters are coming forth to voice their distain at the “infiltrators” that attended a protest that ended with the fatal shooting of two Latino men.

During protest marches in Anaheim, the white, unmarked vans have resurfaced. This time unidentified “police” detained protesters and placed them into these vans.

The increased activity across the nation in conjunction with the mounting citizen reports of seeing military on their streets, conducting urban warfare drills, and spotting foreign troops have prompted public interest in the US government’s plans to enact a full-scale martial law in America – expected by the end of this year.

The more attention that is brought to these sightings and the more people come forward with information, the safer the American public will be. The US military have orders to shoot and kill all dissenters. They are being trained to confiscate guns and detain people in “internment” or FEMA camps. For the sake of continuity of government, they are being told to turn on their own fellow Americans.

Police in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, are calling the shooting at a Sikh temple an act of domestic terrorism – although no details or other possible motives have been mentioned by the police chief John Edwards.

The “lone gunman” killed 6 people and critically wounded 3 before he was killed himself by law enforcement. Hindustan Times reports that the gunman was a white male, “with a 9/11 tattoo.”

The police department arrived at the scene in tactical gear, armed with assault weapons in armored vehicles; including the police bomb unit (which Milwaukee County sheriff’s spokesperson Fran McLaughlin said she was not clear as to why they were called to the scene).

Eye witnesses to the shooting say that a team of four men dressed in “dark clothing” were responsible for the killings. These initial reports completely contradict the official story by the police that a “lone gunman” was the suspect they shot and killed.

More initial reports stated that the local hospital was told to expect anywhere between 8 – 20 people. At the time of this call-in the suspect was “still at large”.

Edwards relayed that the FBI was handling the investigation because the shooting was being treated as a domestic terror attack. Tactical units converged on the temple, preformed a sweep through the interior and exchanged gunfire with the suspected gunman outside the temple.

US Attorney James Santelle, who is analyzing the case, stated that he cannot determine if this is a case of domestic terrorism, although reports are claiming it is, justifying the FBI involvement so quickly.

Kurt Weins, resident who lives in an upper flat in a cordoned off area close to the location of the shooting, was told by law enforcement not to speak to the press after they conducted their interview of his summation of the events.

Seven victims died before police arrived on the scene at 10:25 am in Oak Creek. The mainstream media is pointing to this incident being “the second mass shooting in the US in less than a month” while also mentioning that this tragedy could be related to the House of Representatives requesting that FBI monitor hate crimes directed at Sikhs in April; nearly 2 months ago, Attorney General Eric Holder and FBI Director Robert Muller were warned to watch for this exact type of incident.

Naming Sikh-Americans as possible targets for “hate crimes” the letter to Holder and Muller commented on the Sikh’s “distinct identity and common misperceptions with respect to their attire and appearance” saying that this group is often erroneously believed to be “affiliated with extremists and were somehow responsible for the September 11 terrorist attacks.”

It was arbitrarily mentioned in an MSM article that the gunman had a “9/11 tattoo” possibly making the tie between the attack and 9/11 retaliation.

Joseph Crowley, House Representative wrote in a letter to Holder and Muller that: “Numerous reports have documented how those practicing the Sikh religion are often targeted for hate violence because of their religiously-mandated turbans — i.e. because of their Sikh identity, regardless of whether the attacker understands the victim to be Sikh or not.”

In June, Michele Bachmann wrote a letter to various federal agencies including the US State Department, the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security, warning them of the dangers of the Muslim Brotherhood and their ties to key members of the Obama administration; including Huma Abedin , top aide to Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State. In that letter, Bachmann mentioned the possibility of Sikh “hate crimes” being carried out under false pretense of ignorance for the religious ideals of the Sikhs.

According to the Indian Embassy, the US National Security Council and the Indian Consulate are watching the progress of this case. An embassy official was sent to Oak Creek.

Muller and President Obama have spoken about the shooting, as well as White House chief Jack Lew and Homeland Security adviser John Brennan.

The latest gun grab seems to be centered on the use of guns in “hate crimes” as anti-government activists are being tied to this incident with the letter to Holder and Muller. While the Batman shooting began the national debate over whether or not to have stricter laws concerning gun procurement, this latest incident is specifically being billed as a “lone wolf” with a directed motive to commit domestic terrorism against a religious group who may be somehow tied to the 9/11 truth movement. Is the FBI seeking to target 9/11 truthers in their latest addition to the ever-growing list of terrorists to watch on the FBI “Communities Against Terrorism”.

Yesterday Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR), Rand Paul (R-KY), Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) introduced S. 3501, the Senate companion bill to H.R. 1831, the Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2011. If passed, the bill would remove federal restrictions on the cultivation of industrial hemp, the non-drug oilseed and fiber varieties of Cannabis. The language of the bill mirrors that of H.R. 1831 which was introduced in the House this session. “Introducing this bill is the first step toward a common sense policy on hemp that helps create American jobs,” says Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR). “It is vital that all advocates for industrial hemp redouble their efforts to win support in Congress if we are going to reestablish this economically important crop.” 

To date, seventeen states have passed pro-hemp legislation, and ten states (Colorado, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont and West Virginia) have removed barriers to its production or research. However, despite state authorization to grow hemp, farmers in these states still risk raids by federal agents, prison time and property forfeiture if they plant the crop, due to the failure of federal policy to distinguish non-drug oilseed and fiber varieties of Cannabis (i.e., industrial hemp) from psychoactive drug varieties. 

“We are very pleased to see action being taken in the Senate on the 75th anniversary of the Marihuana Tax Act which put unreasonable restrictions on hemp farming. American farmers have been denied the right to grow a crop that our Founding Fathers considered essential to our nation’s well-being. It is imperative now that other Senators co-sponsor this bill, and that President Obama and Attorney General Holder also take action to allow American farmers to grow hemp under state law,” says Vote Hemp President, Eric Steenstra. “With the U.S. hemp industry valued at over $400 million in annual retail sales and growing, a change in federal policy to once again allow hemp farming would mean instant job creation, among many other economic and environmental benefits,” adds Steenstra. 

U.S. companies that manufacture or sell products made with hemp include Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps, a California company that manufactures the number-one-selling natural soap in the U.S., as well as best-selling hemp food manufacturers such as Living Harvest, Manitoba Harvest, Nature’s Path, Nutiva and Sequel Naturals, who all make their products from hemp grown in Canada. Sustainable hemp seed, fiber and oil are also used by major companies such as Ford Motors, Patagonia and The Body Shop. Ironically, the Obama campaign is raising funds by selling hemp products made from imported Chinese hemp-blend fabric in their online store. The beautiful Monique Péan scarf could be made from American-grown hemp if not for the outdated policy forcing American companies to import their hemp materials from China, Europe and Canada. 

Last year, for the fourth time since the federal government effectively outlawed hemp farming in the U.S. 75 years ago, a bill was introduced by Rep. Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the developed world, and yet we are still in the dark ages when it comes to treating and understanding it.

The colossal failure of conventional cancer treatments reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of what cancer – the “enemy” – actually is.  For one, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are both intrinsicallycarcinogenic treatments. The only justification for their use, in fact, is that they are highly effective at damaging the DNA within cells – with the hope that the cancer cells will be more susceptible to being harmed than the healthy ones (sadly, not always true).

The reality, however, is that the “collateral damage” from treatment is inevitable; it is not a matter of “if,” but to what degree the damaging side effects will occur. As in real modern warfare, the decision to strike is often based on deciding how much collateral damage to “civilian” populations is deemed acceptable. This is not unlike the fixation in toxicological risk assessments for drugs, environmental pollutants, food additives, etc., where determining “an acceptable level of harm” (a rather horrible oxymoron) to the exposed population is the first order of business.

Chemo Agent Classified by the WHO as Carcinogenic

The DNA-damaging, or genotoxic effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, according to the prevailing wisdom, are the #1 cause of cancer initiation and promotion. This is known as the “Mutational Theory” of cancer, and has been the dominant explanation for half a century. Therefore it is absolutely disconcerting that the standard of care in cancer treatment today is still the use of genotoxic agents versus substances that are able to selectively harm the “bad” cells, leaving the “good” ones intact; which is also known as “selective cytotoxicty,” and is a property characteristic of natural anti-cancer compounds and whole plant extracts. Nowhere is this more clearly demonstrated than in the case of fruit-derived compounds, such as graviola, where research indicates that fruit extract may be up to 10,000 times more effective at killing certain cancer cells versus adriamycin (not so affectionately named the “red devil” for its lethal side effects) and is highly selective in which cells it kills.

Take the cancer drug tamoxifen, for example. It is classified by the World Health Organization and the American Cancer Society as a human carcinogen, and has been documented to cause over two dozen health-destroying side effects, and yet it is still being used as a first line treatment for certain types of breast cancer. Does that really make sense?  Even if tamoxifen was effective (which increasingly it is not), does it really matter if it “cures” breast cancer only to cause endometrial or liver cancer (which is often far more deadly than breast cancer) as a direct result of the treatment? Tamoxifen and chemotherapy resistance is increasingly a problem. In the same way that certain pathogenic bacteria become resistant to antibiotics – even becoming stronger after being challenged with them – drug resistance and multi-drug resistance to chemoagents is the canary in the coal mine, indicating the entire paradigm, hinged as it is on patented, highly toxic chemicals, is rearing to collapse.

Radiation Therapy Known To Cause Cancer & Enhance Malignancy

Similarly, radiotherapy is known to induce secondary cancers, along with a wide range of serious adverse effects. A woman whose breast is irradiated is more likely to develop lung cancer, for instance. But its effects may actually be far worse on the primary cancer it is being used to treat…

When a breast tumor is exposed to radiation, the cells within that tumor are not uniform, but have great heterogeneity. Some of the cells are fast-replicating, whereas some are slow-replicating and benign. Some cells are older, technically senescent, and by their very existence are keeping neighboring cells within the tumor and with greater potential for malignancy from breaking out into invasive growth. There are alsocancer stem cells, which are technically slower-replicating and therefore less likely to be destroyed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy, and yet which are responsible for re-seeding and fueling the growth of the tumor itself with a theoretical limitless resupply of daughter cells.

Radiotherapy has been shown to increase the survival and self-renewing capacity of these breast cancer initiating cells by up to 30-fold, which means that while a radiation treatment may initially regress a tumor’s volume/mass, it may actually be selecting out the more radiation-resistant and aggressive subpopulation of tumor cells which ultimately lead to higher malignancy. This promotion of self-initiating cancer cells is also true for chemotherapy, of course. Incidentally, the low-dose radiation used to diagnose breast cancers in x-ray mammography is likely causing far more cancers in women over time than it is said to prevent. If you read the actual peer-reviewed medical literature on the subject you may be surprised to find that the low-dose ionizing radiation is actually far more carcinogenic (3-4 fold higher) than the high-dose radiation it is often compared to in radiation risk assessments. In fact, one of the most well known breast cancer associated genes, namely, BRCA1/BRCA2, confers greater susceptibility to radiation induced breast cancer in those who have it.  In other words, staying away from medical radiation, diagnostic or therapeutic, may be essential to avoid the cancer it is being used to both “prevent” and “treat.”

Why Conventional Treatment Fails & Will Continue To Do So

The failure of chemotherapy can work in the same way. When you expose a diverse population of breast tumor cells to a highly toxic agent, a normal response is to become damaged to the point of dying. But cancer may not be a strict random mutation process, but an ancient survival program unmasked; that is, the cancer cell may be drawing from a far more ancient evolutionary and genetic “tool kit” which enables it to survive far harsher cellular environments, e.g. chemical exposure, low oxygen, higher availability of glucose/fructose, acidic pH, etc. and therefore the addition of highly toxic chemotherapy-type chemicals will selectively kill the weaker, and technically healthier (more benign) cells within a breast tumor, while creating the very conditions within which the malignant and more chemoresistant cancer cells may thrive. Multidrug-resistance genes and proteins are involved. When attacked by a chemical (xenobiotic) the cancer cell may “regress” and activate the genetic equipment that enables it to efficiently push out (efflux) the chemoagent being used, surviving, while its neighboring weaker (though technically more normal and healthier) cells die off.

Can you see, then, how radiotherapy and chemotherapy may be responsible for driving a cancer into greater malignancy, at the very moment that it is harming the rest of the body, compromising the immune system (damage to the bone marrow and direct harm to the immune cells)? The incurability of pancreatic cancer vis-à-vis chemotherapy and radiation, therefore, may reflect how the standard treatments themselves are driving the patient into premature death. When the average pancreatic cancer patient (using most chemo and radiation protocols) lives no more than 6 months, do we say that the cancer killed them, or the treatments?

Standard operating procedures is to write off the patients death as being “caused” by an “exceptionally aggressive” form of cancer, rather than to admit that the very treatments may have transformed a relatively slow growing tumor into a rapidly proliferating and invasive one. Think of it this way: if you were being blasted with chemicals and radiation, and you were seeing your neighbors dropping like flies, would you relocate? Can you, therefore, blame a subpopulation of tumor cells, having survived chemotherapy and radiotherapy while it’s neighboring cells did not, moving to another tissue – say, bone, or brain – in order to survive? Cancer, after all, is something our body does (and likely to survive) and not something that happens to it, as if the genes in our body just went off one day like a cancer time-bomb, fatalistically predetermined by the less than perfect genes we inherited from our predecessors.

Given the likelihood that the conventional cancer industry is often not only failing to improve the quality and length of the lives of those who it treats, but quite the opposite, reducing the quality and length of their lives, the time has come to look for safe, effective, affordable, inexpensive and accessible alternatives to patented chemicals and ionizing radiation in the prevention and treatment of cancer. And the solution may be as close to us as our kitchen spice racks:

The Case For Turmeric

While US law presently forbids the medicinal use of natural substances, turmeric has been used in ancient Indian medicine for thousands of years, and curcumin, which gives the spice its golden hue, is one of the most extensively studied natural compounds of all time, with 4,588 references to studies performed on it on the National Library of Medicine’s bibliographic database known as Medline [as of 2.25.2012]. What Has the Actual Research Shown?

As one can see by the density of research referenced above, curcumin holds great promise. First, it has an exceedingly high margin of safety relative to conventional drugs.  As an example, the dose at which it will acutely kill 50% of the animals given it is 2,000 mg/kg, whereas it only takes 115 mg/kg of 5-fluorouracil (conventional chemo agent) to produce the same effects. What is even more amazing is that it  has been repeatedly demonstrated to possess  both chemoprotective and chemosensitizing properties, which means that it will both enhance the positive cancer-killing effects of conventional chemotherapy, while at the same time protect healthy cells which may be susceptible to being harmed by chemotherapy.  GreenMedInfo.com contains 57 studies on its chemosensitizing properties and 70 on its chemoprotective properties for reference.  As if this wasn’t impressive enough, it also has profound radioprotective and radiosensitizing properties.  Radioprotective substances protect the healthy cells in the body from being damaged by radiotherapy, and radiosensitizing substances help the radiation kill the cancer cells, making them “more sensitive” to the radiation treatments.  GreenMedInfo contains 15 studies on curcumin’s radiosensitizing properties and 23 studies on its radioprotective properties.

We’re half way through 2012. Many prophecies have hinted at this time as The Shift of the Ages and The Time of Transition. If you take a look at the shelves of any spiritual/new age bookstore, you’ll see dozens of books with 2012 in the title. It certainly has become a good marketing bit. There are many theories of what 2012 is supposedly all about. From the end of the world to global mass enlightenment. If you type “2012″ into Google, 25,270,000,000 results come up.

Much of it is based on the Mayan Calendar which is presumably ending on 12/21 2012. Many people seem to be fixated on this date. I don’t want to get into the technicality of the Mayan Calendar. Lies are mixed with truth and there are all kinds of theories from historians, experts, channeled material and authors who make various claims about this date and the Mayan Calendar, many of them contradicting each other. Instead, I’d like to look into some overlooked issues our world is facing, examining the possibility of a cataclysmic “end time” scenario or a “collective awakening” from a different perspective. But let’s backtrack first.

I first heard about the Mayan Calendar and the mystery of 2012 in 1998. The first book I read about it was “Solving the Greatest Mystery of Our time: The Mayan Calendar” by Carl Johan Calleman. I was intrigued to say the least. However, back then I wasn’t very discerning and much of my “research” was  partly emotional driven with wishful thinking and assumptions, lacking critical thinking. The more I read and took in information, the more I was also confused because there was so much conflicting data. It was hard to discern what is true and what is not. According to Calleman, the Mayan Calendar already ended on October 28th 2011. He also made predictions of ET disclosure and the mass awareness of the UFO phenomenon before that date. As we can see none of that has happened.

Other books I’ve read were “Maya Cosmogenesis 2012: The True Meaning of the Maya Calendar End-Date” by John Major Jenkins, “The Mayan Factor” by Jose Arguelles,  and “2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl” by Daniel Pinchbeck among countless articles on the internet and various books that touch on this subject, including Terence Mckenna’s concept of the “Timewave Zero”. While insightful and interesting to a point, none of these works really satisfied my thirst for deeper knowledge. It seemed something was missing.

At the same time I also got into more fringe topics, conspiracy theories, the UFO phenomenon as well as esoteric teachings and channeled material. What I’ve learned the most as I was digging deeper is that there is a lot of smoke, disinformation and noise surrounding the topic of 2012. I learned about COINTELPRO (Counter Intelligence Programs) and how much of the material about 2012 is infected with many lies, distracting the seeker on purpose. In fact, the “New Age Movement” and much of the distorted spiritual concepts we see these days seemed to have been created for that very purpose: to disinform, distract and vector anyone away from the truth. Of course mainstream science and media also ridicules anything that doesn’t fit into the reality box of “official culture”. That is to be expected. But what was more disturbing for me was how many folks in the alternative media buy into so much disinformation, be it consciously or not. Everyone who started to question reality and embarked on the quest of truth has at one point in his/her life believed in lies and disinformation.  We all deal with cultural conditioning and programming. As I’ve written before, I’m not exempt from it and there have been many times when I had to adjust my understanding of the world when new data came in and I had to admit that I was wrong about some things. I’m not interested in being right, but in truth, as it is, even if it doesn’t conform to my wishes and desires of how I’d like it to be.

I’ve said before that I didn’t “like” to find out the more disturbing aspects of our reality. My rose colored glasses were shattered in the face of a cold harsh reality where most people dream to be awake but are asleep. Waking up and seeking truth entails facing the lies we tell ourselves through sincere self-work and networking. For some time I was also blinded with wishful thinking, assuming that everyone who is seeking truth would do so sincerely without an agenda but willing to look into certain topics more critically, neither with “blind belief” or “cynical debunking”, even if these subjects contradict what they’ve found out so far.

A big wake-up call in that regard was my interaction with Daniel Pinchbeck, author of “2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl” and co-founder of the Evolver Social Movement. He gives talks around the world at festivals such as ‘Burning Man’ and ‘Lightning in a Bottle’. I thought he touched on some important subjects (although very superficially) in his 2012 book, such as the UFO phenomenon, alien abductions, crop circles and shamanism. It mostly dealt with his personal journey, infused by his psychedelic experiences. Pinchbeck’s claim is that we are in the final stages of a fundamental global shift from a society based on materiality to one based on spirituality.

In 2007 we connected on a 2012 forum at tribe.net, a social network. He initially liked what I had to say about the UFO phenomena and suggested that I should write an article about it for his online magazine “Reality Sandwich“. This was the birth of my first draft of “UFOs, Aliens, and the Question of Contact” (which was the basis for the documentary of the same name I made with Humberto Braga, with 1.5 million views so far). He rejected the article stating that “it’s unfortunate that you have such a negative view of this topic”. I purposely focused more on the overseen aspects of the UFO phenomena, especially the darker side of alien abductions and hyperdimensional realities. Some of it was not in line with what he wrote in his 2012 book, which only covered the alien topic in a very generalized and philosophical way. I wrote him a lengthy response, asking him to be more clear about his assessment. He just answered that he has no time to get into it and that he resonates more with the ideas of Steven Greer (founder of the “Disclosure Project”). Anyone who has researched the UFO topic in more depth knows that Greer spreads a lot of disinformation, so I was actually surprised to hear that Pinchbeck “resonated” with his work. It clearly showed and proved that his research was off.

A couple years later we connected again on facebook when he came across an article I posted about Alex Jones being potentially COINTELPRO.  Pinchbeck had a similar view and asked if I’d like to try to write an article again for Reality Sandwich. Before I even got to that he found another post of mine where I recommended the book “The Controversy of Zion” by Douglas Reed (since Alex Jones is known to avoid the topic of Zionism). He wrote to me, asking why I recommend this “conspiracy book” and if I’m a holocaust revisionist (denier). I wrote him back stating I simply question everything, including the official story of the holocaust (not denying that it happened, but HOW it happened and how it has been used for social control and justifying the politics of the “victim” state Israel), considering we’ve been lied to about virtually everything regarding our history. I supported my claims with articles and documentaries made by Jews who also took a more critical look into what had happened, which also ties into the subject of Zionism. This opened up a can of worms. He didn’t look into any of it and just responded with a passive aggressive and emotionally driven insulting tone, telling me that I must have a “psychological disposition” because of my German heritage. He then stated that he lost family in the holocaust and didn’t want to work or communicate with me anymore in the future. While I had compassion for what happened to his family, I was still surprised that he wasn’t able to stay objective.

That was it and we never communicated again since then. Complete lack of critical thinking and objectivity on his part. He didn’t look into any of the information I sent him, but already had his mind made up, driven by his own conditioning/programming. Pinchbeck also advocates the use of psychedelic drugs and his work is very much influenced by it. It seems he trusts his psychedelic experiences more than he does research, study or empirical evidence, similar to the late Terence McKenna (his death because of a brain tumor may be the exact result/manifestation of forcing his consciousness to open up through a life-long use of these drugs), who also put way too much importance on these drugs, resulting in lack of critical thinking, and not fully grasping the dangers of these substances from an esoteric perspective.

The reason I mention this interaction I had with Pinchbeck is because I observed similar reactions in many self-proclaimed visionaries, and truth seekers. There are certain topics that are usually automatically dismissed, ridiculed and debunked without any of the debunkers looking into them and researching them sincerely and unbiased.

“Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong. When they are presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn’t fit in with the core belief.”

Most of these topics are also not mentioned by many 2012-ers or are highly distorted. Interestingly the few who actively research these subjects sincerely and speak out about them are attacked or ignored. You don’t get to be on mainstream TV or have articles about you in the NY Times or Rolling Stone Magazine if you speak the truth and talk about taboo topics that go against the status quo of a deeply conditioned/programmed culture.

In that sense Daniel Pinchbeck and others become like “useful idiots“, essentially supporting the system they claim to oppose through their denial and lack of critical thinking regarding certain topics despite their well-meaning intentions and visionary approach. It also became clear to me how psychedelic drugs can impair one’s critical thinking abilities and how these substances are romanticized and have a darker side to them, most “psychonauts” are not aware of or simply deny. I fell into this trap myself when I was experimenting with them, deluding myself about many things, despite some of the insights I had on medicine plants. I know people who use these entheogens on a regular basis, but still vote for Obama or believe the official 9/11 fairy tale and the phony war on terror. There is even a well-known healer who works with ayahuasca in my area, conducting medicine journeys throughout the country. He’s also an outspoken Democrat and constantly posts on facebook supporting Obama, buying into the the illusion of choice through voting in this two party set-up.  A “shamanic healer” who not only believes in but supports the political circus side show that is clearly used for social/cultural control and he even identifies himself with a country and political party? What an oxymoron! It shows that these mind expanding drugs are no “magic pill” that automatically pierce through the cultural conditioning and the lies we believe in.

The Neo-Shamanism that is around today has distorted what Shamanism is truly about and rendered it into a hyped attraction where all you have to pay is some $ to have THE experience. While medicinal plants and herbs can undoubtedly be helpful as a physical healing aid, their use for so-called ‘accessing of higher realities’ usually serves to distract people from what deeper spiritual and esoteric work is about, even giving one the illusion that one has “awoken”. There are many dangers – energetically, psychically (spirit attachments) and esoterically – when forcing oneself to enter a higher state of consciousness through these drugs. This is a touchy subject that requires a careful approach, certainly a much more careful approach than what I’ve seen from Pinchbeck, McKenna and others, especially when considering “the topic of all topics” (more on that later).

“The phenomenology of the trance underwent many changes and corruptions, due in large part to confusion as to the precise nature of ecstasy….Concerning the original shamanic experience … narcotics are only a vulgar substitute for “pure” trance.  The use of intoxicants is a recent innovation and points to a decadence in shamanic technique. Narcotic intoxication is called on to provide an imitation of a state that the shaman is no longer capable of attaining otherwise. Decadence or vulgarization of a mystical technique – in ancient and modern India, and indeed all through the East, we constantly find this strange mixture of “difficult ways” and “easy ways” of realizing mystical ecstasy or some other decisive experience.”

The 2012 “movement” has become in many ways another distraction infiltrated with COINTELPRO which works in favor of the powers that be. It’s almost “hip” and “in” to talk about a shift and awakening these days. Festivals like Burning Man and Lightning in a Bottle, attended by many self-proclaimed aware people, supposedly representing the “counter culture”, are also part of this. It’s interesting to note how the “psychedelic movement” is also very much intertwined with this (with Pinchbeck being one of the main figure heads) and how carelessly mind expanding drugs are promoted for “spiritual growth” or just partying, where most often hedonism is mistaken for spiritual work/awareness. It seems evident that these drugs have been used for social control since the “creation” of the hippie/psychedelic movement in the 6os. Various researchers have uncovered certain CIA operations (such as MK Ultra) supplying the youth with LSD and other mind expanding drugs to vector people away from the truth for the purpose of creating a “controlled opposition”. Author Jan Irvin recently made compelling discoveries when researching about Gordon Wasson, revealing how the psychedelic revolution was launched by the CFR, CIA and the elite, and how R. Gordon Wasson, the so called discoverer of magic mushrooms, and the founder of the field of ethnomycology, was himself a government asset, a friend of Edward Bernays – the father of propaganda, and is one of the key figures for launching one of the largest mind control operations in history. Irvin writes in R. Gordon Wasson: The Man, the Legend, the Myth -  Beginning a New History of Magic Mushrooms, Ethnomycology, and the Psychedelic Revolution:

“There are several reasons why the psychedelic movement may have been launched, including attempts to distract people from government policy failure; extracting information from people under the influence, such as with MK‐ULTRA; making money from the drugs through the pharmaceutical industry; and even pacifying people with a Huxleyan‐like soma or with positivist spirituality so that they could be more easily controlled.“

“[...]Aldous Huxley also made an early connection between the effects experienced by those partaking of psychedelic drugs and the experiences of Eastern Mysticism and this set the consciousness-raising bomb off with a BANG! Along came Timothy Leary, Richard Alpert AKA Baba Ram Dass with their LSD and other modes of mind marvels, leading the parade of those who were “turned on, tuned in.” Abraham Maslow became a father figure to the new “wave” of those desiring to fill the gaping hole of their reality with “peak experiences.” Maslow cited psychedelic drugs as one of the means in which even ordinary people could have a little of what the Eastern Mystics worked many years to develop. Now, it could be had for a weekend seminar at Big Sur, or a study by mail course at only $29.95 per lesson! What a deal!

Peak Experiences…experience, experience, and experience…became the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow of the 1960’s. No one needed to live in Existential Despair any longer! Everyone could become a “spiritual voyager” and achieve extended periods in realms of consciousness they had only heard about in veiled, mysterious allusions down through the ages. Encounter groups, radical therapies, old and new combinations of theories and practice came rolling off the conveyor belt of techno-spirituality. The intangibles of spirit had been harnessed! Anyone could evoke some desirable experience by manipulating awareness at the basic physical and psychological levels. Never mind that all of this bypassed the vital processes of reason and conscious decision making. By its very nature, the whole techno-spiritual machine operated completely without critical thinking; it tapped the bottomless pit of feeling-emotion…primal being. Never mind that much of this emotion was negative, confusing, anxious and fearful! Let’s just get it all out here in the open and have a party with it!

Each of the many techniques developed during this time was fully capable of producing an emotional high of one sort or another. There were endless “peak experiences,” and dramatic “personal breakthroughs.” The mixtures of Zen, yoga, meditation, and drugs along with strict mechanical technology, were a veritable adventure in awareness! The only problem was: in the midst of all this peaking, mind-blowing, turning on and tuning in, ecstasy and encountering, many people encountered things that, perhaps, ought not have been awakened. Boundaries were breached into unseeable and terrifying realms of consciousness. William Chittick, translator of the works of the great Sufi Shaykh, Ibn al-’Arabi, wrote:

Nowadays most people interested in the spirituality of the East desire the “experience,” though they may call what they are after intimate communion with God. Those familiar with the standards and norms of spiritual experience set down by disciplined paths like Sufism are usually appalled at the way Westerners seize upon any apparition from the domain outside of normal consciousness as a manifestation of the “spiritual.” In fact, there are innumerable realms in the unseen world, some of them far more dangerous than the worst jungles of the visible world. [Al-Arabi himself said]:

So preserve yourselves, my brothers, from the calamities of this place, for distinguishing it is extremely difficult! Souls find it sweet, and then within it they are duped, since they become completely enamored of it.

By the end of the decade of the 60’s, the “human potential” movement had become a veritable potpourri of religion, science, mysticism, magick and “the occult.” The drug use got out of hand, the “techniques” began to show serious flaws with a number of tragedies resulting in crime or madness, and the whole idea of human beings becoming “psychic supermen” hit the skids. The promise of the 60’s decayed into an aimless lethargy…old hippies living in communes, braiding their gray locks and lusting after the sweet young teeny boppers while they fired up another bong and reminisced about the “good old days” at Esalen.

But wait! Something else happened here! Remember, this is America! The home of the Free…Market that is. Many people suggest that the subsequent proliferation of the “New Age” consciousness raising movement was the result of big business seeing a pile of money to be made in the development of slick, newly packaged psychoanalysis and psychodrama. There was, indeed, mass distribution and Madison Avenue marketing of things like Mind Dynamics, Arica, Silva Mind Control, Transcendental Meditation, and on and on. Individual entrepreneurs knew a good thing when they saw it. However, there is more to this than meets the eye. This is important to our subject, so bear with me. [...]“

“Hippies came out of no where and sort of co opted it, I think it was quite deliberate…they wanted to give the anti-war movement a face that would be completely unacceptable to mainstream America…I mean everything about them was offensive to mainstream America, to middle America, the hairstyles, the clothing styles, the open drug use, the music, everything about them was designed to repel mainstream America and prevent the anti-war movement from gaining any additional speed by putting this face on it…I think the whole hippy flower child thing…..was a creation of the Intelligence community to take the steam out of the anti-war movements and various other movements….The battle cry of the hippy movement was turn on, tune in, drop out…telling people don’t worry about it, get high.“

We can see the same thread in many “conscious movements” these days and at the aforementioned festivals. It’s as if history is repeating itself with a different appearance, more tech, more potent drugs, new gadgets and clothes but the same attitude with even more pseudo New Age “spiritual techniques” to activate your “third eye”, DNA or speed up your “ascension process” and where sexual pathologies are often buffered up as “sexual healing” and “spirituality”. There is the usual  “just focus on yourself”, focus on “we are all one” and our “oneness”. Don’t look at the “negative” things happening in the world, but “connect to earth”, meditate on the “Shift” to activate your light body, send love and light to the world and its leaders, etc.. As long as you “feel good” and focus on “love” everything will be ok. Everything is as it is supposed to be, etc. It is proclaimed that there is no objectivity, just your own subjective reality and you create your own reality by your thoughts and what you focus on. But as various ancient esoteric teachings and mystery schools have transmitted, even the “children of light” shall be deceived by false prophets and false teachings. And we see exactly that happening now:

“It is possible to obtain so-called esoteric results that are impure, but they are false and thus transitory. Here we refer to the vast realm of occultism, where the children of this century, more capable than the children of light, seek to apply their abilities beyond the visible world. This occurs in what we call ‘mysticism of phenomena‘.

It is curious to see how much these false prophets, magicians and ‘christs’ impressed themselves on the imagination of the men and even more of the women of the past. It is the same today.

For there is a type of human being who declines all moral responsibility for himself or for those to whom he is in duty bound. One comes across this type quite often, always trying to find someone else to shoulder his responsibilities as long as this someone else possesses some kind of authority, earned or otherwise. These people are open to any form of hypnotic suggestion and practically ask to be hypnotized. They are of good faith, but they search for the ‘marvelous’ because they are too weak or too lazy to undertake esoteric work successfully.

And the ‘wolves’ devour them finding justification in the fact that they are only the ‘scourings of humanity.’ But this is not true; for ‘scourings’ who are converted can become key figures on the esoteric chess-board. Mental apathy and emotional inertia are responsible for tipping man down the slope of least resistance even when armed with the best intentions, especially if he justifies himself for his human frailties by finding them normal, particularly on the sexual plane.“

Of course it’s not black and white and I wouldn’t say that everyone who enjoys these festivals or is part of a “conscious movement” is co-opted or asleep to what is truly going in our world. However, one also needs to look only at the workshops and lectures at many of those events. Anything that sounds or “feels good” infused with pop-psychology/spirituality is being promoted and anything that is perceived as “negative” is being avoided and ignored. As I said before, important subjects that are actually part of becoming aware and conscious seem to be missing. They are neither negative nor positive, but simply ARE part of our reality and we’re all affected by them. I’ve posted this following video many times before. Marianne Williamson is really hitting the nail on the head. It’s from a talk she gave at “Lightning in a Bottle” in 2011, a festival I attended to see it for myself. A rare voice of truth among the “Love & Light” crowd. I couldn’t agree with her more:

Instead of “countering culture”, many of these movements become another form of the same conditioned culture with similar manifestations of cliques, feeding dynamics, its own fashion, marketing, programming/conditioning, and (new age) religion. Many people say we need to stop pointing out what is wrong and what we don’t have in common (aka being ”negative”) but present solutions and focus on what we have in common (aka being “positive”). Yes, but solutions and building community/tribe, reflecting our common “humanity”, without a deeper understanding of humanity and our world to begin with, including the “unpleasant” things, will disintegrate eventually as history has proven. What topics am I talking about which are virtually ignored in many “conscious movements” and in the alternative media? What follows are just VERY brief summaries of three topics. The reader is encouraged to read/study/watch the suggested resources under each point before rejecting these ideas or making hasty conclusions which only lead to distortions.

1. We are all one, but we are not all the same

The biggest illusion many people seem to have is the assumption that, since we’re all one, we all have the potential to awaken in this life time and have access to love, empathy, conscience and higher values. It is assumed that because we’re collectively connected and look like “humans”, we are all “equal” and the same. Another assumption is that everyone who is not “aware” is just misguided and can be “fixed”. This illusion is based on projecting one’s own higher qualities onto others, especially people in power.

There exists a type of human who has no connection to the higher centers of universal love/awareness at birth. He/she is not genetically wired this way, not being able to access them this lifetime around but he/she can emulate and mimic these higher characteristics quite well and even distract you from evolving by sapping your energy and feeding off it. He/she can tell you exactly what you want to hear, appear compassionate, empathetic and understanding without meaning or feeling it.

 This type of “human” is the psychopath (making up about 6% of humanity) who is hiding behind a mask of sanity, creating misery and chaos which they feed off. They are not necessarily criminals in prisons, but can be successful CEOs, politicians, spiritual leaders, a husband, wife, child or the neighbor next door. They’re also pathological liars who never feel any guilt or remorse. That is a topic which is very misunderstood and ignored. Becoming aware of it and educating oneself and others about it is the most crucial and important action we can undertake to make this world a better place. It’s the underlying cause of the reason why our world is in the state it’s in: It is run by psychopaths.

“”Likeable,” “Charming,” “Intelligent,” “Alert,” “Impressive,” “Confidence-inspiring,” and “A great success with the ladies”: These are the sorts of descriptions repeatedly used by Cleckley in his famous case-studies of psychopaths.

Psychopaths seem to have in abundance the very traits most desired by normal persons. The untroubled self-confidence of the psychopath seems almost like an impossible dream and is generally what “normal” people seek to acquire when they attend assertiveness training classes. In many instances, the magnetic attraction of the psychopath for members of the opposite sex seems almost supernatural.

This lack of “soul quality” makes them very efficient “machines.” They can be brilliant, write scholarly works, imitate the words of emotion, but over time, it becomes clear that their words do not match their actions. They are the type of person who can claim that they are devastated by grief who then attend a party “to forget.” The problem is: they really DO forget.

Being very efficient machines, like a computer, they are able to execute very complex routines designed to elicit from others support for what they want. In this way, many psychopaths are able to reach very high positions in life. It is only over time that their associates become aware of the fact that their climb up the ladder of success is predicated on violating the rights of others. Even when they are indifferent to the rights of their associates, they are often able to inspire feelings of trust and confidence. The psychopath recognizes no flaw in his psyche, no need for change.“

It affects EVERYONE since our society has become ponerized, where normal people and society as a whole have taken on pathological traits that are seen as normal. It ties in with the atrophy of critical thinking and not recognizing pathological individuals as such. I’m not just talking about the average mainstream public, but especially spiritually inclined people who deny/ignore this topic (usually without having done any sincere research into it). It’s of no use to envision and create new money/barter systems, a resource based economy or focusing on environmental issues if this topic is not addressed and made conscious of for the virus of psychopathy will destroy any communities and utopian visions eventually. I’m not saying NOT to focus on such solutions, but the illusion that all humans are equal and the same needs to be shattered for true change to happen.

But beyond the reality of psychopaths among us, there is another topic that relates to the difference between humans on a mass scale. Certain sources that talk about a shift or transformation occurring in our age also mention a “splitting” of humanity and that not everyone is going to wake up. The main reason for this can be found in a very interesting issue this planet faces and has been written about in various esoteric teachings as well as transmitted through certain channeled material (more on that later). It relates to two different “humanities” coexisting on earth, alike from the outside, but unlike in the inside. All six billion people on the planet are not the same. There are fundamental differences that are genetic and esoteric. But these differences have nothing to do with those cited throughout history and used to justify the domination of one group over another: color, race, culture, language, wealth or social status.

According to “Gnosis” by Boris Mouravieff, there seems to exist two kind of humans that are equally divided (50/50): adamic man and pre-adamic man. One type with soul potential, the other has no individual soul, but is connected to a “soul pool”. Only the former has the inherent capacity to evolve esoterically, fusing the lower with the higher centers. The latter does not have the possibility in his current evolutionary cycle to bridge to the higher centers and no access to higher knowing/awareness/love, but is NOT a psychopath. 
They are like “cardboard” people who are “empty” inside, living mechanically under the rule of the General Law. Looking at the Indian chakra model, one could say that pre-adamic man only exists on the lower three chakras without any access to the higher ones, while adamic man also only exists on the lower centers, but has the ability to activate and bridge the higher centers through conscious esoteric work.

Suppression and distortion of esoteric knowledge is one of the means for control of the masses on planet earth. This has been going on for thousands of years. Even the material presented in “Gnosis” is covered around a biblical gloss that one needs to weed through. The topic of “soulless people” (also coined “Organic Portals (OP)”) is deep and far-reaching. It begs the question, what is a “soul” to begin with? Some people who appear “soulless” may actually be a “soul in struggle“, so we need to be careful not to judge too quickly, but get a better and deeper understanding of this topic. When exploring this idea more closely, with an objective, open and critical mind, it gives huge insight into the state of the world. OPs have their natural place in the grand scheme of things and they also serve a purpose in the evolutionary process. There is nothing evil or wrong with them, nor is it about “us vs. them”, but simply having a deeper understanding of humanity so we can actually live truly in more harmony, aligned with the universe, nature and evolution of Being and Knowledge.

EVERYONE is on the level of an OP until he/she engages in esoteric work activating the higher centers. We all are “Organic Portals” to one degree or another as the “predator” and matrix works through all of us (see next point) until we make the effort to gain self-knowledge and work on fusing our higher centers that connect us to our higher self in a conscious way, dislodging our programs and conditioned, mechanical behaviors so we’re able to use our will in a conscious and awake manner. That is the basis for true free will. 2. Hyperdimensional Realities

There is more to our reality than our five senses can perceive. We are not God’s ultimate creation, nor on the peak on the evolutionary ladder in Darwinian terms (whichever creationist/evolutionary theory you believe in). Our reality is embedded in a complex system of unseen worlds and controlled by denizens of higher reality. The forces at work are not all good and we’re not on top of the food chain. “Food” doesn’t have to be physical and these beings feed off our negative emotions and energy, predominantly chaos, sexual pathologies and fear, which they create working through us. The ancient esoteric teachings talk about a “hyperdimensional matrix control system” (MCS) that has influenced and controlled humanity for millennia, each in their own way. Don Juan in Castaneda’s last book called it “the topic of all topics“, speaking of a cosmic predator that uses man as food: Man has a glowing coat of awareness which the predator eats, leaving just the bare minimum of “consciousness stuff” for man to remain physically alive. The predator “milks” man through arranging for constant trouble and crisis and senseless preoccupation, so as to generate flashes of awareness that it then proceeds to eat. Gurdjeff refers to it in the tale of “The Evil Magician” and the concept of “Food for the Moon” . The Gnostics maintained that the Earth and material creation in general were the product of an evil demiurge, chief of the “archons of darkness“. Boris Mouravieff writes about the “General Law” in his trilogy “Gnosis” which influences humanity and keeps it in its place. It takes tremendous effort, awareness and esoteric self-work to “escape” the General Law and influences of the MCS.

The UFO phenomenon relates to it in more ways than usually acknowledged by some contemporary UFO researchers who have a very “nuts and bolts” physical approach to the idea of UFOs, aliens and extraterrestrials. There is a paranormal characteristic that accompanies UFO sightings, alien abductions and other high strangeness occurrences that should encourage us to look at this phenomena in a different way instead of the popular assumptions that UFOs are physical “alien space ships coming from other planets”.  When researching the topic of hyperdimensional realities it also puts into question the various Disclosure and Exopolitics scenarios promoted by some UFO researchers. There is a lot of disinformation surrounding that topic and it is interesting to note that attempts to reveal the hyperdimensional aspect are often ignored, attacked and ridiculed, even more so than the “nuts and bolts” scenario.

However, in light of the ancient esoteric teachings mentioned above it all makes sense, since the MCS is trying to conceal exactly that: Hyperdimensional realities and the beings inhabiting them. Humanity is not on top of the food chain, nor in control of itself. Some UFO, paranormal and history researchers such as Dr. Jacques Vallee, John Keel and Laura Knight Jadczyk have done groundbreaking research into this topic.

“If we look at the world from an informational point of view, and if we consider the many complex ways in which time and space may be structured, the old idea of space travel and interplanetary craft to which most technologists are still clinging appears not only obsolete, but ludicrous. Indeed, modern physics has already bypassed it, offering a very different interpretation of what an “extraterrestrial” system might look like.
 I believe there is a system around us that transcends time as it transcends space. The system may well be able to locate itself in outer space, but its manifestations are not spacecraft in the ordinary ‘nuts and bolts’ sense. The UFOs are physical manifestations that cannot be understood apart from their psychic and symbolic reality. What we see in effect here is a control system which acts on humans and uses humans.“

“In the case of the idea of man being “food” for hyperdimensional beings, there is an enormous amount of both vertical and lateral corroboration of all kinds. So much so that, in fact, it is almost impossible to understand why it is not generally known. Clearly, there have been deliberate efforts to “hide this fact”. And, the fact that it is hidden may itself tell us something.

The point is, when Don Juan and Gurdjieff and the Cassiopaeans (and others) tell us that our religions, our social structure, our values, our beliefs about our spiritual nature and condition have been deliberately created to perpetuate the illusion that we are free; that we are (or can be) “special and adored children of a loving God”; that we are or can be “co-creators” with God, that we can do anything at all of a positive and powerful nature, we need to carefully examine this issue!

But it is work to examine it objectively. It is hard work because it consists of long and difficult self-examination in order to be able to overcome the emotions that prevent us from discovering what illusions we are hanging onto, what illusions are preventing us from seeing and acting in such a way as to become free.

As we continue to think in these terms, it becomes more and more apparent that this Great Work of the alchemists was essentially the process of becoming “free of the Matrix”, described in alchemical and allegorical terms.

Since those forces that create and maintain the Matrix have so much to lose, they exert a great deal of energy to keep the Matrix of lies and false beliefs in place. And doing it from a state of hyperdimensional reality enables them to work from a state of timelessness, so as to be able to produce all the perceived effects that support their agenda; the Evil Magician of Gurdjieff; the “Flyer“ of Castaneda; the Shaitans of the Sufis. And the reality has been manipulated for so long that it seems natural. It has become a comfortable prison in which Stockholm Syndrome reigns supreme, and the inmates love their captors.

3. Cyclic Cataclysms and Climate Change

Our climate and weather is surely acting strange these days. We’re being told that much of it is our fault since we contribute to global warming. The mainstream scientific consensus and other interest groups (political and business) push this idea into the public supported with very questionable science. Scientists who don’t conform to it and question man-made global warning often don’t get funding for their research, lose their jobs, and data/facts that contradict the consensus are being suppressed. It became a political issue with the old illusory fight between left and right, liberals and conservatives, all of which is distracting from what is truly going on. Climate change is happening, but it doesn’t have much to do with man-made global warming. In fact, the planet is cooling and we seem to be entering a period of a new Ice Age. I want to point out that this doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be more environmentally conscious since we obviously pollute the planet in many ways, however humanity is not all responsible for what is going on with our climate and weather. Our planet has survived worse conditions than what we’re dealing with now. Follow the money trail and you’ll see what Al Gore’s and other high profile global warming proponents true agenda is.

Andrés Perezalonso writes in Global Warming And The Corruption Of Science:

“[...]Since it is unlikely that all of the above are a simple series of honest mistakes, we must ask if there is an agenda other than a strictly scientific one driving the discourse of Global Warming as a whole. In searching for possible motives the $2.7 billion carbon emissions market overseen by the UN appears as a plausible candidate. This scheme effectively permits polluters to continue with their less than optimal practices as long as they pay money for it. The hype over reducing the ‘carbon foot print’ of industry is also set to make certain individuals very rich. Al Gore for example is a founder of Generation Investment Management, a UK based company that has substantial interests in ‘green technology’. Gore is also heavily financially invested in Silver Spring Networks, a US company that has contracts with utilities that in October 2009 received a combined subsidy of $560m from the US energy department.

‘Global warming’ is also a major money-making opportunity for the financial establishment. JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Barclay’s, Citi Bank, Nomura, Société Générale, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are actively involved in carbon trading. According to a Guardian report of late 2009 “the carbon market could become double the size of the vast oil market if the new breed of City players who trade greenhouse gas emissions through the EU’s emissions trading scheme have their way”.”

With all the focus on man-made global warming, environmentalists doing everything to “save the planet”, people buying hybrid cars, feeling good about themselves to do something for the planet and “green” business opportunities flourishing (there is always a buck to be made, even (or especially) if it is based on lies and corrupted science), something else is happening in our skies which is not given much attention.

Over the last couple of years fireballs and meteorite sightings have increased exponentially, some of which may be even responsible for the wild fires in Colorado and the crash of Air France Flight 447 from Rio de Janeiro to Paris in 2009 (it took three years for the official report to come out to tell us that it was caused my “mechanical and human failure”. Can we say “damage control” considering the auspicious timing of that report?)

There are obvious cosmic changes under way and other strange occurrences (like masses of birds falling dead from the sky around the world) in our atmosphere that are not even closely related to man-made global warming. These cosmic influences have an effect on our climate more than what is publicly acknowledged or recognized. There seems to be a deliberate effort to hide this information from the public.  Joe Quinn and Niall Bradley made an excellent analysis of what seems to be happening in Reign of Fire: Meteorites, Wildfires, Planetary Chaos and the Sixth Extinction, showing that the powers that be know what is going on but try their best to vector the public away from the truth:

“Compounding our suspicion that the US government is racing to put out more than just forest fires is this impeccably timed dispatch from the official ‘al Qaeda magazine’ Inspire, in which the CIA’s favourite ‘terrorists’ called for jihadists of the world to “torch forests as part of the Islamic war against the West.” The Department of Homeland Security apparently had their story planned in advance, claiming that for more than a decade “international terrorist groups and associated individuals have expressed interest in using fire as a tactic against the Homeland to cause economic loss, fear, resource depletion, and humanitarian hardship.” Pretty coincidental, eh? Those ‘al-qaeda’ terrorists really are very useful.

Meanwhile COINTELPRO has been set to work helping the US government deceive the alt.net community with the usual garbage about super-secret (sic) scalar weapons, plasma weapons and HAARP being tested on unwitting Coloradans.

In a report commissioned by the US Air Force, British astronomer Victor Clube, author of The Cosmic Serpent and The Cosmic Winter, succinctly summarized the fundamental tenet of geopolitics:

“We do not need the celestial threat to disguise Cold War intentions; rather we need the Cold War to disguise celestial intentions!”

No, Clube wasn’t referring to aliens or spacecraft; the ‘celestial threat’ he was referring to appears in Earth’s skies during times of turmoil and social upheaval that are linked to a serious imbalance in human evolution. They also induce all kinds of weird environmental effects, the least of which are those strange sky sounds and other electromagnetic phenomena that are also picking up in frequency and intensity. Flooding the Internet with disinformation about chemtrails has convinced some that governments can master Nature’s most powerful forces. For everyone else, there’s always the ‘terrorist’ bogeyman and man-made global warming to remind them why they need Big Brother.“

Global cyclic cataclysms have been recorded throughout history, yet the possibility of that happening in our time and age is suppressed, ignored or ridiculed. One thing most Mayan Calendar scholars have pointed out is that time is cyclic and the ancient civilizations have recorded this. However, with all the focus on “shift of consciousness” and the “galactic alignment” on 12/21/2012 many of them don’t seem to acknowledge the obvious: that cosmic bombardment has always been a part of our history during such shifts and it seems very likely that we’re just at the beginning of massive changes of a cosmic nature that also manifest in cataclysms.

A SOTT reader posted his research recently under this article, proposing a different interpretation of the Mayan Calendar:

“I have been tracking the incidence of reported fireballs over the US for over a year now, since the increase first caught my notice. Mind these figures are for US only, a fraction of global events.

Working from the ams.org database, and researching prior reports going back a century, what I found was that the reported fireball incidence has held steady at around 1.2-1.3 per day for a very long time.

Beginning in 2006 we see the following pattern of steady increases, save for 2009:

2005: 1.28
2006: 1.41
2007: 1.61
2008: 1.98
2009: 1.90
2010: 2.59
2011: 4.46

And so far for 2012, as of 2 July: 5.03

Plot those points and the slope is pretty steep.

I am beginning to suspect that the “Mayan” calendar, which is not really Mayan, since they inherited it from the Olmec, who got it from who knows where, is actually a countdown calendar that pinpoints an intersection with the dense stream of cometary fragments that caused the Younger Dryas period some 12.5 thousand years ago.

My reasoning is that if the impacts that likely killed the megafuana and Clovis culture occurred over a period of time, say months, instead of hours, then it is possible that those people or more properly, the survivors, were able to figure out the orbit, and that orbit was very long.

If you knew that something devasting was going to return many thousands of years later, how do you warn the future?

About the only thing that might possibly stand the test of time would be a calendar system. So if you construct the calendar to end at the beginning of the intersection, there is some small hope that people will be prompted to pay greater attention to things around them and pick up on the warning signs. Small hope, but better than nothing.

For what it is worth, that’s my theory.

I hope I’m wrong, but with the fireball incidence rising as fast as it is doing, I’m not so sure I am. I think we are now entering the front of a dense cloud of rocks or comet fragments that will intensify come December.

I think that the increase has a lot to do with the freaky global weather; so much extra energy is being put into the upper and middle layers of the atmosphere and that energy is being expressed in the weather. Not to mention that we are heating the bottom pretty hard ourselves. Combined with extra solar input from higher sunspot activity, the totality seems to predict some very bad weather ahead.

Most folks worry about a big asteroid smashing into the planet and killing everything in one fell swoop. Me, I worry about the shotgun blast effect of many much smaller fragments impacting over a long period of time.

Usually when I bring up the topic of cyclic cataclysms in conversations or on facebook and point out that we may enter such a period right now, I’m met with the usual “fear and doomsday mongerer” or “you’re so negative!” accusations. The information I provide is often denied off-hand without further investigation on their part. This has nothing to do with the “end of the world”, nor do I see ALL of the population being wiped out, nor do I want that to happen. However, facts are facts and the fact is that there has been a significant increase of meteor and fireball sightings that are either downplayed or ignored. Most importantly, the powers that be know what’s coming, even if they delude themselves that they won’t be affected. So don’t expect an early warning anytime soon.

Joking aside, anyone who takes a sober look at the world can see that we’re far from any significant collective shift in consciousness. We live in a day and age where most people still believe the lies we’re being told. It’s a global Stockholm Syndrome, the perfect Matrix Control System, where the prisoners build their own walls and worship their captors, becoming tools of the matrix as the sheep police each other. No martial control needed.

“Till at last the child’s mind is these suggestions, and the sum of the suggestions is the child’s mind. And not the child’s mind only. The adult’s mind too-all his life long. The mind that judges and desires and decides-made up of these suggestions. But all these suggestions are our suggestions… Suggestions from the State.”

Much of it has also do to with what Bob Altemeyer called “The Authoritarians“, who blindly believe government (left or right) and official authority.

“They [Authoritarians] are highly submissive to established authority, aggressive in the name of that authority, and conventional to the point of insisting everyone should behave as their authorities decide. They are fearful and self-righteous and have a lot of hostility in them that they readily direct toward various out-groups. They are easily incited, easily led, rather un-inclined to think for themselves, largely impervious to facts and reason, and rely instead on social support to maintain their beliefs. They bring strong loyalty to their in-groups, have thick-walled, highly compartmentalized minds, use lots of double standards in their judgments, are surprisingly unprincipled at times, and are often hypocrites. But they are also Teflon-coated when it comes to guilt. They are blind to themselves, ethnocentric and prejudiced, and as close-minded as they are narrow-minded.”

This is not only true for the obvious right-wing conservative (republicans) oriented folks, but also for many self-proclaimed liberal, progressive lefties and Democrats who support Obama, the man-made global warming scam, the official 9/11 story (fantasy), Israel’s genocide in Palestine, etc… without questioning. I’ve had many “discussions” with such individuals who pride themselves of being “aware” and “spiritual”, some of them even popular yoga teachers, life coaches, and “healers” (such as the aforementioned “ayahuascero”) here in Los Angeles, hiding behind a passive aggressive mask who are more close-minded and conditioned than they are aware of. Much of it is also about keeping a “politically correct” attitude because speaking out about such topics may not serve their career and public image. What I’ve experienced in my interactions with them mirrors exactly what Bob Altermayer said: “They bring strong loyalty to their in-groups, have thick-walled, highly compartmentalized minds, use lots of double standards in their judgments, are surprisingly unprincipled at times, and are often hypocrites. But they are also Teflon-coated when it comes to guilt. They are blind to themselves, ethnocentric and prejudiced, and as close-minded as they are narrow-minded.“

As I said in “Love, Reality, and the Time of Transition“:

There is always more to learn and find out that requires an adjustment and new understanding, expanding our view and understanding of reality. It is what raising consciousness implies.  People who are stuck in one idea, or teaching and trying to explain everything through it are building their own limited reality box. This also relates to psychology, astrology, philosophy, the healing arts, spiritual practices or any religion (east and west) where many “experts” in any of these systems are looking through one lens (many of them distorted/false to begin with), not realizing that this approach can easily lead to distortion and a tunnel vision.  It can also become an egotistical point of pride preventing that person to admit to him/herself that there is maybe more to the story which one hasn’t considered before, especially when they have written books about it, their career depends on it and they have an image to sell/live up to.

One can see these fallacies with many popular spiritual teachers, researchers, visionaries, therapists and self-help gurus, where career and image seem to take precedence over truth and reality. There are many topics that affect us more than many of them are aware of. But instead of being more open to such topics and looking into them sincerely and unbiased, these seemingly intelligent and aware individuals ignore or debunk them right off-hand exposing their own lack of critical thinking.

Anti-Authoritarians are even diagnosed as mentally ill these days. People who question their government and learn about “the man behind the curtain” are often labeled as “paranoid conspiracy theorists” in a condemning ad hominem way, as though governments never act in secret.

What better way to maintain the status quo than to view inattention, anger, anxiety, and depression as biochemical problems of those who are mentally ill rather than normal reactions to an increasingly authoritarian society.… We are now in another dark age, only the institutions have changed. Americans desperately need anti-authoritarians to question, challenge, and resist new illegitimate authorities and regain confidence in their own common sense.… Authoritarians financially marginalize those who buck the system, they criminalize anti-authoritarianism, they psychopathologize anti-authoritarians, and they market drugs for their “cure.”

I’ve been living in the Los Angeles area for 17 years now. What I’ve come to realize more and more is the vast difference between people “appearing” aware, spiritual and conscious as opposed to their true state of being and awareness, reflected in their beliefs and (non)-actions. California is known to be “progressive” and being a professional bodyworker I can attest that in light of the “healing arts” I don’t know any other place in the world that has so much to offer in that regard. I’ve learned from amazing teachers and am able to make a living with something I love doing and which would not be very easy in other parts in the world that are not that open to alternative healing modalities. It’s a strange mixture of open mindedness, progressiveness, niceness and at the same time closed-mindedness, denial, self-delusion and self-grandeur.

Humanity is not as special as we believe ourselves to be. The universe and our planet are part of a living system that has its own purpose. If we don’t align ourselves with the universe and its evolution, the system will do what it has always done in the past and adjust itself, even if it means “shaking off” a large part of the population. We’re talking about the evolution in knowledge and consciousness, which is tied in with seeing the world as it is without blinders on. As I wrote in Reflections on Love, Healing, and 9/11:

If you believe a lie, no matter how ‘positive’, ‘loving’ or ‘peaceful’ you are, you are feeding negativity and entropy. When you believe a lie, you have allowed your energy of awareness to be vectored and given away your power to the liars, allowing yourself to be manipulated, essentially losing free will.

Lies are aligned with the principle of entropy simply because the more lies the world contains, the less organized and fragmented it becomes and the more energy is expended in maintaining all this complexity. This ties up energy which otherwise could be expressed creatively. This is true within the individual as well as at the societal scale.

No matter how well-meaning our intention is, as long as we support lies by mistaking them for truth or by not speaking out against them, we’ll keep feeding entropy and the suffering in the world. During this “Time of Transition” we don’t get to move on until the lessons are learned. Essentially, there is no Love where there is no Truth.

On the positive note, are there any signs of a “raise in consciousness” and “awakening”? There is the Occupy movement where people finally stood up to the crimes of their governments, yet at the same time most “Occupiers” mistake the symptoms for the cause, not being aware of Psychopaths in positions of high power and how it affects society. Despite the issues I pointed out with certain “conscious” festivals, they are also a great outlet for self-expression, art and dance, connecting people from all walks of life, but they can also be easily an escape from reality, instead of being a sign of a true “collective awakening”.

Technological progress and the Internet is connecting millions of people across the globe. Social networks like facebook can help in the process of seeking truth and spreading awareness. However, they can also increase narcissistic tendencies and disconnect us from real-life interaction. They are tools, neither good or bad and it depends on the user how they are being applied. There is much nonsense and disinformation on the internet as well. Lies are mixed with truth, so discernment is imperative without falling into the traps of “cynical debunking” or “blind belief”, the two sides of the same coin.

There are many well-meaning people who also see that our world is going through big changes and that we need to make changes within and without. Many of them do their best to look for alternative ways of living, offering more sustainable solutions. However, each of the various Conscious Movements ( The Zeitgeist Movement, Evolver Social Movement, Thrive Movement, etc…. ) can easily be (and may have been already) co-opted (or even created) by COINTELPRO, spread disinformation and ignore/deny important topics even without the conscious intent/awareness of their founders and members/followers because of cognitive dissonance, denial, wishful thinking and ego related issues that are in the way of the pursuit of truth. Again, understanding how the Matrix Control System works through us is crucial and how easily we can buffer up the lies we’re telling ourselves, dreaming to be awake.

That you always lie to yourself every moment, all day, all your life. That this lying rules you to such an extent that you cannot control it any more. You are the prey of lying. You lie, everywhere. The three subjects mentioned above hold the clues and keys to the Golden Age and world peace most of us yearn for. They need to be approached in a scientific and open minded way, questioning our own beliefs about the world and humanity, which entails working through our social, religious and cultural programming and adjusting our understanding even if it contradicts our long-held beliefs. From an esoteric perspective lies to the self are the most harming and as long as we believe the lies in the world we will keep going in circles until mother earth has had enough and she shakes us off. There is always the danger of dogma and agendas, mistaking the false for the true, that are in the way of creating a new world if we don’t make the sincere pursuit of truth the foundation in every aspect of our lives.

Whatever your talent, profession or vocation may be, ask yourself, why you do what you do and what is your true intention? How much of it is socially conditioned and what is truly YOU? Don’t be afraid to speak out in fear of ridicule or what others may think. So much of what people do is driven by the need for acceptance, appearance, approval, money, status, and security. Our lives lose integrity if we’re not honest with ourselves. There is only Love where there is Knowledge and Truth.

I see 2012 as an opportunity, not in the literal sense of the date but in terms of the times we’re in.  There is potential for an awakening on a mass scale, although I question that there will be anything close to a “collective awakening”. A splitting may happen as “The Wave” approaches. There is so much we don’t know. For that reason we must make the search for Knowledge and Truth a priority before we present solutions too quickly. The more we see the world as it is, with all “the faces of God”, the more we are aligned with the universe and the more creativity we can access, enabling us to act in tune with nature without fighting her. This has an effect on the outside and maybe the archetypal “reset button” doesn’t need to be pressed. That is the evolution of consciousness, which is the evolution of Knowledge and Being. It doesn’t happen by itself. Conscious work and effort are needed to counter the forces of entropy within and without.

I don’t see a fundamental rise in consciousness or awakening at or after 12/21/2012 if not the aforementioned topics are made conscious of, nor are there any short cuts to take until we learn our lessons personally and collectively. Whatever our living system’s purpose is, we need to align ourselves with that and get out of our anthropocentric view of the universe, so we can make the transition from a material-based view of our world to a spiritual one.

“The fact of the matter is that our planet and everything on it comprises an intelligent and living system that has designed into it a mechanism through which any imbalance in any aspect of the system can be dealt with. Consider the way in which animal populations are naturally kept in check via predators or disease. This mechanism is designed to protect the overall system and prevent any one aspect from compromising the evolutionary goals of the system itself. Humans have evolved to the point where they have no natural predators, and while disease still kills many human beings each year, modern medicine has succeeded (so far) in preventing a pandemic from wiping out the human race. But it would be foolhardy for anyone to think that the ‘living system’ has overlooked human beings when it comes to redressing any imbalance caused by human beings that threatens the aim of the overall living system. We trust that what we have written here provides ample evidence that it has not.

We also hope that it is fairly clear that human beings, as a species on planet earth, have reached a point of serious imbalance, both in terms of their effect on the planet and on other living beings on it, and in terms of humanity’s own proper evolution which can be defined as evolution in knowledge and consciousness. Clearly, humanity today has stalled in its evolution. Indeed it appears to be back-sliding at an alarming rate, due primarily to the influence of the deviant ideology spread by psychopaths in positions of power around the world. We need only consider the fact that billions of people today have bought into and support the lie that is the psychopathic ‘war on terror’, which has as its goal the murder and domination of as many innocent people as possible. What does that fact alone (among many other deceptions that people have bought in to) say about the level of knowledge and awareness of the human race as a whole?“

“Discomfort” and examining our fears can serve a purpose. There is a chance for healing from a shamanic and esoteric perspective. It is good to put oneself into a state of vulnerability when looking at the “darker” aspects of our reality or of oneself, truly looking at it, facing it and not giving the ego a chance to explain it all away, so we can go back to our comfort zone through self-calming and ultimately back to “sleep”. It is not about buying into fear and panic either, but about gaining knowledge and understanding. Sometimes things need to be confronted without automatically defending our beliefs and views, allowing us to look at the world and ourselves more objectively. That’s part of the awakening process and raising consciousness.

There is help out there, but no one is coming to save us. No Aliens, Jesus, or Galactic Federation of Light. There are accounts of information and help from “channeled sources”, stating that it is up to us to discern truth from deception, that we are our own the rescue team. Everything is part of creation. Evolution is a process of learning, becoming aware and conscious, gaining knowledge and hence wisdom and love.

“Life experiences reflect how one interacts with God. Those who are asleep are those of little faith in terms of their interaction with the creation. Some people think that the world exists for them to overcome or ignore or shut out. For those individuals, the worlds will cease. They will become exactly what they give to life. They will become merely a dream in the “past.” People who pay strict attention to objective reality right and left, become the reality of the “Future.””

The topic of channeled information needs to be examined very carefully, neither in blind belief and also not rejected because of cynical debunking. We need to be careful not to throw out the baby with the bathwater. “Higher benevolent forces” (including our higher self or even “us in the future”) may be able to contact us that way, when asked for and when it doesn’t infringe on free will or interfere with the learning process of the one asking. However, who is coming through and what is the source really saying is the question. Sometimes the messages can be subtle in our every day life and it is up to us to be able to “see” and “hear” them. There is much disinformation, where most often the devil appears as angels of light. Even synchronicities and “coincidences” are not always positive or beneficial but can be orchestrated by negative entities to distract or vector the seeker away from truth, be it through temptation or ego/emotional hooks. It’s the archetypal spiritual war of dark and light through us.

Channeled material can be approached as Superluminal Communication from a scientific perspective. It should never be taken as fact and proof alone, but one should cross-reference it with other material and combine it with scientific research, using it as inspiration for new ways of thinking. There are some sources that actually encourage that approach and tell us that it is up to us to learn, discern and gain knowledge, hence becoming more aware and conscious, consciously engaging in the process of evolution and awakening. This entails piercing through the corruption of science and open the pathways to scientifically study the paranormal and high strangeness aspects of our reality, the “topic of all topics”, which is so ridiculed or ignored in our “official culture” for reasons that are actually un-scientific. That alone should make us think.

The path of seeking truth within and without is not an easy one. It goes literally against everything we’ve been told and taught by society and governments. The indoctrination of lies, the conditioning and programming is deep and far reaching. It has been going on for millennia. It takes tremendous effort to wake up from the hypnotic slumber, where most people dream to be awake. At this Time of Transition, as more and more knowledge is coming to the surface, there is the potential to create a new earth. However, this is also the age of deception for there are forces at work that do not want this to happen. They do their best to vector us away from truth and the most effective way to swallow a lie is to sandwich it between some truth with some emotional hooks. As mentioned many times before, lies are mixed with truth, hence discernment is essential. We need to engage our higher emotional center connecting us to divine intuition and also activate our higher intellect, engaging in sincere, open minded critical thinking, fusing the heart and the mind, mysticism and science.

That is the prerequisite to build the vessel inside of us that can receive Gnosis/Knowledge for the truth is hidden in plain sight, so we can “see the unseen” and not get distracted by the shadows on the wall. James Baldwin said “Precisely at the point when you begin to develop a conscience, you must find yourself at war with your society.” There has been much struggle, depression and suffering on my own path since I started to question reality. It has lead to alienation and ridicule from friends and family. However, “alienation” is actually a good thing and depression can be a stepping stone to seeing the world as it is and connecting with one’s real “I”. It’s part of the awakening process. The sincere truth seeker will inevitably feel alienated from society at one point, because he/she starts to “see” through appearances and the lies of “official culture”.  As J. Krishnamurti said: “It is no sign of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” Essentially, the Matrix works through people as they defend the prison they are in.

Each and every time the revelation of this Control System is attempted, the Matrix goes into overdrive to destroy it. And it is clear that this is the present situation. It is in “seeing the unseen” that we become aware of higher levels of being; it is in ordinary human interactions that we experience the “battles” between the forces of STS (Service to Self) and STO (Service to Others)! And it is most definitely this factor that the Matrix Control System vigorously attempts to conceal! In other words, we are not just talking about a “petty dispute,” we are talking about a battle of forces at other levels, manifesting – as ALWAYS – in human dynamics.

“In general, the reaction of those around towards someone who begins to search for the Way is negative. This negative attitude is the result of the action of the General Law, which, as we know, tends to keep man in his place. Not being able to do this directly by the action of Illusion, the General Law, when it loses its dominion over the man who ‘moves’, acts indirectly by the mediation of those around him.

It is a classic situation. From his side, after having passed through moral bankruptcy, he who seeks the Way becomes different from men who continue to live within the limits permitted by the General Law, and thus take mirages for reality. Due to this, he will feel himself more and more isolated. The center of gravity of his interest will progressively turn to esoteric work, which will end by absorbing him completely. But it is entirely in his interest not to show the new attitude which he has taken towards exterior life. The ‘World’ will be hostile to him, because its own purposes are different; it is not in his interest to provoke this tendency, and even less to keep it alive. The day will come — if he remains in the same milieu — where, apart from rare exceptions he will be openly or secretly hated.

The Way is a one-way street. Meaning that whoever begins to walk it is forbidden to turn back. This is not because of some kind of external imperative, but due to the fact that each step forward on the Way irrevocably modifies the content of whoever has started walking it. It follows that he will become more and more of a stranger to his surroundings; that he will lose more and more interest in exterior life, in which only yesterday he participated fully. The appearance of things, and especially of beings, undergoes a deep change in his eyes. He will one day be surprised to constate that certain faces which only yesterday he found very beautiful now reveal to him marks of bestiality behind their features: not all, but many of them!

The more man progresses on the Way, the more his feeling of being a stranger is intensified. As tedious and hard as it is at times, the esoteric axiom remains: “The truth shall set you free!” The necessity of disillusionment is unavoidable before we truly can become free, fulfill our potential and create a New Earth. The energies needed are the Three Currents of Objective Love: Spiritual, Emotional/Mental, and physical love. And we emphasize that these currents must be pure.

Man alone has the ability to capture and live all three. But to grasp and fully experience the Soul Love, the giving love, the courteous Love demonstrated and taught by Chivalry and the Knights of the Grail stories, the Seeker must develop a magnetic center within himself.

Human beings are penetrated through and through by the two currents of mental/emotional and physical love, but these currents are not pure; without a fully developed magnetic center, the individual has no capacity to capture them. It is only by actualizing these three currents in his or her life, either in the mode of the Alchemist, or in the Model of the Grail Quest, both of which exemplify the Shamanic Ecstatic Ascent, that a person has the real possibility of Ascension, the return to the Golden Age. We have seen in our survey of the history and the evidence, what the potentials are: a Return to the Edenic State in the literal terms of Primitive Chiliasm – a New Heaven and a New Earth.

Again, this depends upon capturing and holding stable – possibly in the face of extraordinary events – massive quantities of what the tradition refers to as purified Objective Love.

It is clear to those who have been paying attention to what is going on in the world that there are forces that do not wish for this possibility to manifest! They do not want to lose their supply of negative energy food! And with this end in mind, they propagate endless lies and deceptions upon humanity – so as to deceive even the very elect!

How to achieve this anchoring of the frequency – the three currents of Objective Love? Let’s look first at what the tradition teaches utilizing the commentary of Mouravieff with editorial clarification.

The attitude a person takes toward Love reflects his level of being. The splendor of the Love of God/Creation is generally inconceivable to human beings; it would burn out all their circuits with a mere glimpse. However, a human being can glimpse and survive the spiritual Love of Objective Knowledge. But, in order to do this, the individual must pass to a higher level of BEing and become a true individuality. Only those beings who have achieved the level of Individuality, who obey the imperatives of the Divine within, the real “I” , have the possibility of holding this frequency and radiating it at the Time of Transition.

The “Elect”, the Children of Elias as Fulcanelli terms them, are human beings who have crossed the Second Threshold and who have achieved the Second Birth. They will be “gathered from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other, to pass through the Transition and form the seed of humanity in the New World.”This means that they will be humans of all colors and types – the only criteria being that they have crossed the Second Threshold. Each of them will be Fully Conscious through a direct and indissoluble union of the Personality with his Higher Emotional/Intellectual Center. This direct contact of the new humanity with the higher planes explains why the Second Coming will not require a “new incarnation of Christ. This is why we were warned: “If any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great prodigies and miracles; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall seduce the very elect.”

The path that must be followed is that which is exemplified in the Quest for the Holy Grail. Human beings must travel from the residue of Celestial Love that we experience in our ordinary lives, to the Love of the Spirit. This is the general requirement for “Salvation”.

This path is the way to the Second Birth. But to be reborn, a human being must pass the test of True Love. Only he who has mastered his personality and burns with this True Love can cross the Second Threshold. And before he can even reach this point, the Seeker, will pass through intermediate stages. These stages include challenges that test Sincerity and Strength. These challenges cannot be met without discernment, and discernment can only be acquired by first attaining Knowledge.

Knowledge acquired through study and work is only a temporary – but essential – stage. Only Higher Love can reveal the Divine Nature. But if there is no vessel built by Knowledge to receive Gnosis, there is no possibility of anchoring the Forerunner Spirit – creating the magnetic center – which will open the gates to the Holy Spirit. The Gatekeeper is Knowledge.

But for this to occur, the sign of Knowledge, that is, the Sign of St. Matthew-Science as Fulcanelli describes it, must be correctly oriented. And this means that the Seeker must be liberated from lying [to oneself and others] and believing in lies. Without this, there is no possible access to the Era of the Holy Spirit. No matter how well-meaning the individual, if they are following practices or teachings that are based on lies, they will not achieve the Grail. And so, we see why knowledge and discernment is essential. Again, I refer the reader to the section of this book that discusses neurochemistry.

Access to knowledge requires courage, as it demands a special psychological effort from the Seeker: he has to accept the postulate that, “the truth is out there”, but it is very difficult to find , while at the same time disregarding his own ideas and personal beliefs to which he is emotionally attached.

With the approach of the era of the Holy Spirit, everything must be gradually brought to the light of day, not only the secrets of the laboratory, but the deepest meaning of esotericism. The same must happen with illusions, errors and lies, which must be revealed so that they can be rectified. This process, including the Revelation of the deepest esoteric Knowledge that has been promised and prophesied, will fully reveal the many deviations of man’s fundamentally inquiring spirit. Initiation, in the esoteric meaning of the word, is not simply a “ceremony . In fact, the “initiation ceremony does not occur on the human plane with human rituals. True initiation occurs on the super-sensory plane. It confirms the Initiate in a new dignity earned by his Work, and carries him towards the Divine Grace.

To solve the problem of anchoring the Three Currents of Objective Love, we must concentrate on a positive and practical solution to the problems of individual human beings. A practical application of esoteric knowledge should help those who are Seekers and who burn with the desire to reach the Second Birth.

On June 27, 2012, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or CFTC, filed a surprise legal order against Barclays Bank — in a move that has shocked the world.

A wealth of emails were presented, giving irrefutable evidence that Barclays was manipulating their own credit score — to generate almost unthinkably vast profits.

This may not seem like a big deal at first — but in order for Barclays to have rigged their own credit score, they had to be conspiring with all the other biggest banks in the world.

These are the banks they are supposedly in competition with.

This legal action required extraordinary secrecy to perform. Had the Cabal gotten wind of it, they would have killed everyone involved.

US FEDERAL MARSHALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS

The CFTC is the financial investigation branch of the Department of Justice. The personnel who enforce the law on behalf of the Department of Justice are the US federal Marshals.

The US federal Marshals are the only entities legally capable of taking down this cabal — which has seized control of the world and its resources to an astonishing degree.

The Marshals are allowed to cross state borders, and can enlist the support of the police and the military to aid in their enforcement of the law.

These tools are absolutely critical in defeating such a vastly interconnected entity.

All of these details fit perfectly with the “Mass Arrests” scenario we’ve been heavily tracking on this website since last November.

In order to do mass arrests, you have to start with mass charges — leading to mass court cases.

The Department of Justice has now kicked this process into high gear. As you will see, the outraged public is already calling for mass arrests as the scope of the conspiracy sinks in.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM

At the center of this octopus of global control is the Federal Reserve System. It was originally called the National Reserve System, and was presented in 1911 and 1912 via the Aldrich Plan.

The idea was to outsource the control of the US financial system to a private consortium of international bankers.

Americans then essentially rent their money from these bankers — and pay them for the honor of using it.

As billionaires, the trust and collateral of these bankers is supposedly superior to any “reserve” within the US government itself.

This vintage cartoon shows how there was a widespread understanding, in the early 20th Century, of the danger we faced if we allowed private bankers to seize control of our financial system.

WHAT WERE THE RESULTS?

This problem did not begin in 1911. Once you have read Financial Tyranny, you will be well aware that it goes back to at least the 1700s.

The results of the Federal Reserve were elegantly summed up by the Ron Paul site:

The Federal Reserve paid 26 trillion dollars in bailouts — with American money it printed, without our permission — to its own member banks surrounding the financial crash of 2008.

This has still not created anywhere near the degree of outrage that it should have. Corporate media has completely ignored it — because to publicize it would speed their own destruction.

However, as the above quote from the Ron Paul site reveals, “the most significant portions of the bill were derailed.”

That all may have just changed. The magic date should sound quite familiar by now — June 27, 2012.

What kind of pressure was applied to Mr. Diamond to make him suddenly shift so dramatically?

THE IRS GETS AUDITED FOR BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN FRAUD — JULY 3RD

Furthermore, on July 3rd we found out the IRS was being audited — for billions of dollars in fraud.

The IRS is not innocent in all of this either. Corruption exists throughout the entire system — as we are increasingly finding out.

Their own employees have now turned against them.

James Holmes, the Aurora, Colorado shooter who reportedly opened fire at a Batman movie premiere, was a medical student at the University of Colorado, pursuing a PhD in neuroscience, reports ABC News. (http://abcnews.go.com/US/mass-shooting-colorado-movie-theater-14-peop…)

As part of the attack, Holmes painted his hair red and referred to himself as “The Joker,” one of the arch enemies in the DC Comics-inspired Batman movie series. (http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2012/07/20/police-14-dead-in-colorado-the…)

According to news reports, this sudden violent rampage was completely out of character for James Holmes, who was described as “shy.”

The New York Times is now reporting:
Billy Kromka, a pre-med student at the University of Colorado, Boulder, worked with Mr. Holmes for three months last summer as a research assistant in a lab of at the Anschutz Medical Campus. Mr. Kromka said he was surprised to learn Mr. Holmes was the shooting suspect. “It was just shocking, because there was no way I thought he could have the capacity to do commit an atrocity like this,” he said. (http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/21/us/colorado-mall-shooting.html?page…)

“He spent much of his time immersed in the computer, often participating in role-playing online games…”

There is already conjecture that James Holmes may have been involved in mind-altering neuroscience research and ended up becoming involved at a depth he never anticipated. His actions clearly show a strange detachment from reality, indicating he was not in his right mind. That can only typically be accomplished through drugs, hypnosis or trauma (and sometimes all three).

 

His behavior doesn’t add up

His behavior already reveals stark inconsistencies that question the mainstream explanation of events. For example, he opened fire on innocent people but then calmly surrendered to police without resistance. This is not consistent with the idea of “killing everyone.”

Furthermore, he then admitted to police that his apartment was booby-trapped with explosives. If you were really an evil-minded Joker trying to kill people (including cops), why would you warn them about the booby trap in advance? It doesn’t add up.

“Holmes was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, police said, adding he didn’t resist when he was arrested,” reports a local CBS news affiliate (http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2012/07/20/police-14-dead-in-colorado-the…).

“After his arrest, Holmes told police about ‘possible explosives in his residence,’ Oates said. When police searched his apartment, they discovered it was booby-trapped and evacuated surrounding buildings, police said. Oates said bomb technicians are determining how to disarm flammable or explosive material in the third-floor apartment. He said police could be there some time.”

None of this checks out. If you’re a killer bent on causing mayhem, why tell the police about your surprise bomb waiting for them back at your apartment?

 

Holmes was clearly provided with exotic gear (and bomb-making skills)

Continuing from CBS:

“He said pictures from inside the apartment are fairly disturbing and the devices look to be sophisticated, adding the booby-traps were ‘something I’ve never seen.’ One rifle, two handguns, a knife, a bullet proof vest, a ballistic helmet, a gas device, a gas mask, military SWAT clothing and unidentified explosives were also found in Holmes’ car, a law enforcement source told CBS News. Oates said Holmes wore a gas mask, a ballistic helmet and vest as well as leg, groin and throat protectors during the shooting.”

In other words, this guy was equipped with exotic gear by someone with connections to military equipment. SWAT clothing, explosives, complex booby-traps… c’mon, this isn’t a “lone gunman.” This is somebody who was selected for a mission, given equipment to carry it out, then somehow brainwashed into getting it done.

“Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates said Holmes’ apartment is booby-trapped with a ‘sophisticated’ maze of flammable devices. It could take hours or days for authorities to disarm it,” reports Yahoo News (http://sg.sports.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/suspect-neuroscience-phd-stu…).

UPDATE: (This section added to the story Saturday at 2:30 pm central, July 21, 2012). It is now being reported that exotic, advanced booby-traps have been disarmed at the apartment of James Holmes. Officials say they have removed all major threats at the booby-trapped apartment of the Aurora movie theater shooting suspect on Saturday. They have used a robot to go inside James Holmes’ apartment. …They were able to disable a trip wire that was set to go off when the apartment door was opened. “This is some serious stuff that our team is dealing with…”

Shortly before noon crews were successful performing a controlled detonation… More controlled detonations were possible.

…there were multiple trip wires throughout the apartment. Investigators have also seen what appear to be mortars planted in the apartment — sort of the kind of mortars that might be seen in a commercial fireworks show. Up to a half dozen of them are scattered around.

…they have seen a number of inflated balloons in the apartment… with many appearing to be filled with a powder. Also linked together are bottles of liquid. …a strong smell of gasoline emanating from the apartment.

…several boxes on top of the refrigerator and there are lights flashing on the boxes.

…30 aerial shells (fireworks) commercially legally available for purchase. …the suspect may have filled them with smokeless powder. …entering the apartment would have caused a trip wire to trigger one liquid container to pour/mix with another. When the two mix together, they set off the main charge of the device which may be additional flammable liquids.

…an enormously dangerous mission. About 100 personnel are on scene.

Technicians made a first attempt on Friday to disarm the traps, believed to include explosives, but withdrew when it became clear the property was too dangerous to enter. Sgt Carlson said the device was set up to detonate when the first person entered the flat. “We’ve defeated first threat. It was set up to kill, and that could have been police officers or anything,” she said.

“In addition to the shells found in the apartment, jars of a kind of accelerant were also found inside the dwelling, said Aurora Police Sgt. Mystery man Holmes has no background

On top of all this, Holmes apparently has no background. “He’s not on anybody’s radar screen — nothing,” said a peace officer in a NYT article. “This guy is somewhat of an enigma. Nobody knows anything about him.” (http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/21/us/colorado-mall-shooting.html)

Mr. Holmes’s only criminal history is a traffic summons, the authorities said. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in neuroscience in 2010 from the University of California, Riverside, and was a graduate student in neurosciences at the University of Colorado at Denver’s Anschutz Medical Campus… He was currently collecting unemployment…

 

Question: How does an unemployed medical student afford $20,000 in weapons gear?

If you start to look at the really big picture here, the obvious question arises: How does anunemployed medical student afford all the complex weapons gear, bomb-making gear, “flammable” booby trap devices, ammunition, multiple magazines, bullet-proof vest, groin protection, ballistic helmet, SWAT uniform and all the rest of it?

A decent AR-15 rifle costs $1,000 or more all by itself. The shotgun and handgun might run another $800 total. Spare mags, sights, slings, and so on will run you at least another $1,000 across three firearms. The bullet-proof vest is easily another $800, and the cost of the bomb-making gear is anybody’s guess. With all the specialty body gear, ammunition, booby-trap devices and more, I’m guessing this is at least $20,000 in weapons and tactical gear, much of which is very difficult for civilians to get in the first place.

The mere manufacture of an explosive booby-trap device is, all by itself, a felony crime by the way. And remember: “Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates said Holmes’ apartment is booby-trapped with a ‘sophisticated’ maze of flammable devices. Question: Where does an unemployed, introverted medical school student get the training to deploy sophisticated booby traps, tactical body armor, weapons systems and more? Certainly not in graduate school!

All this leads to an obvious third party influence over all this. Someone else taught this guy these skills and funded the acquisition of the equipment.

Update: An article posted on Sunday by the Daily Mail reveals Holmes had a “‘mind-boggling’ stash of ammunition” and “three types of explosives were found – jars filled with accelerates, chemicals that would explode when mixed together and more than 30 improvised grenades.” This further adds to the financial cost tally of what it took to put all this together. The Wall Street Journal is also now reporting: “the suspect bought four guns over the past 60 days, and over the Internet bought 3,000 rounds for an assault rifle, 3,000 rounds for Glock handguns and about 300 shotgun rounds. Note: Some readers have questioned the $20,000 figure estimated here, saying this gear could have been acquired for only $10,000 or so. I doubt that, as all the extras that you need to effectively run these guns cost a lot of money: training courses, spare magazines, etc. Just a decent AR-15 battle sight (a holographic red dot sight) can run $1,000 – $2,000. Search “ACOG” if you don’t believe me. It is also reported that Holmes bought 6,000 rounds of ammo, which definitely isn’t cheap either, especially given that we now know half of those rounds were rifle rounds. It’s clear this guy was spending big bucks. Whether it’s $10k or $20k isn’t really that much of a point.

 

Staged just in time for a vote on the UN small arms treaty?

More and more, this shooting is looking like a deliberate plot staged by the government itself much like Operation Fast and Furious pulled off by the ATF (http://www.naturalnews.com/032934_ATF_illegal_firearms.html) which helped smuggle tens of thousands of guns into Mexico for the purpose of causing “gun violence” in the USA, then blaming the Second Amendment for it.

All this looks like James Holmes completed a “mission” and then calmly ended that mission by surrendering to police and admitting everything. The mission, as we are now learning, was to cause as much terror and mayhem as possible, then to have that multiplied by the national media at exactly the right time leading up the UN vote next week on a global small arms treaty that could result in gun confiscation across America. Even Forbes.com wrote about this quite extensively, warning readers about the coming gun confiscation effort related to the UN treaty. The story was authored by Larry Bell (http://www.forbes.com/sites/larrybell/2011/06/07/u-n-agreement-should…) and says the UN treaty could “override our national sovereignty, and in the process, provide license for the federal government to assert preemptive powers over state regulatory powers guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment in addition to our Second Amendment rights.”

In other words, this has all the signs of Fast & Furious, Episode II. I wouldn’t be surprised to discover someone in Washington was behind it all. After all, there’s no quicker way to disarm a nation and take total control over the population than to stage violence, blame it on firearms, then call for leaders to “do something!” Such calls inevitably end up resulting in gun confiscation, and it’s never too long after that before government genocide really kicks in like we saw with Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao and other tyrants.

A “monopoly of force” in government is far more dangerous than a crazed lone shooter

So yes, James Holmes and other crazed shooters kill a number of people each year in random acts of violence. It’s horrifying and wrong, but it’s nothing compared to the millions of lives that governments tend to destroy when they gain total power over the populace.

The most dangerous thing in the world, it turns out, is not a crazy person with a rifle; it’s a government with a “monopoly of force” over the entire population. And that’s exactly what the UN spells out as its goal for the world: Stripping all power from individual citizens and handing “monopolies of force” to the governments of the world, shoring up their positions as the only “legitimate” power on the planet.
